My wife has been taking her car there for years before we married and she thought they were honest, neighborhood shop. My family is full of mechanics trained by BMW, Ryder and Cadillac so we know auto care and recently her light came on for service, specifically to check brakes. She dropped it off and they ran diagnostics on it and told her it would be $3,500! Thats when I called relatives, other shops they work in and the BMW dealer. Again, $3,500 for break service. We calked the BMW dealer and they quoted just under $2,000 for everything but the tire sensors saying that was BS. My wife called and asked to speak to Jerry as she knows him from previous service, and told not available. She went in to get the car and asked to see him again. He was busy. We took it to Southpoint BMW, they went through the car and all it needed was front break pads and the cost was $350. The rotors fine, the rear brake pads were at 7 and the front just at the point to change then at 2. They said the tire sensors rarely need changing and then only after over 75,000 miles if then. We have 41,000. So clearly Ten Ten is a dishonest repair shop. This comes after our last visit for a oil change: the dummies didn’t screw the oil filter back on tight and it leaked oil all over our driveway. Bottom line is this shop is dishonest and incompetent. Avoid at all cost and always get a second opinion if you are still stupid enough to use them.

JT and the guys at ten ten auto are amazing. They rebuilt my rear end 18 mos ago I’ve never had a problem. I dropped it off because it was making a weird noise in my back left tire when I would turn. So I took it up there because I was afraid it was the rear end again. I was wrong. I accidentally hit the 4x4 switch and my truck doesn’t tell me when I’m in 4 wheel drive. Most mechanics would have told me it was this or that and it’ll be $800. JT called me personally and told me the problem. I was sooooo embarrassed. They even told me everything that they could see wrong with it and when I went to pick it up he didn’t charge me a dime. He just earned a customer for LIFE. I have never been to such an honest mechanic. He even told me I don’t have to change it all I can just make sure the leaking parts are topped off but I’m definitely taking it back to get them to fix it. I’m. Taking my car there also. I’ve been looking for an honest mechanic since I moved here in 2016 and I finally found one. Nobody else will ever touch one of my vehicles. He could have charged me $200+ for diagnosing it but he didn’t. I’m blown away by their service and if they have any bad reviews it’s because of the customer not the business.
