I recently had my Tesla Model 3 repaired here and the service was excellent. They provide a lot of information regarding the insurance and repair process. I received frequent texts with the status of my car, letting me know if everything was on schedule or if there is a delay. My car was finished ahead of schedule and it looks like new again. I will definitely use them again if I ever need collision repair!

Visited for a repair estimate and they went above and beyond expectations to clearly explain everything to me. They ended up buffing most of the visible damage off of my bumper to get a better idea for the estimate, and then recommended just small touch-ups instead of proceeding with a very expensive more extensive repair. They showed me so much care, were very transparent, and it was all free of charge. 100% will use them for repairs in the future.

I had an appointment for an estimate, the next step was to schedule the repairs. Poor communication. Does not answer phone or respond to voicemails. Additionally, the company did not respond to emails either. Front desk is unwelcoming. I highly do not recommend this company.

Triangle Collision did a great job fixing my Tesla model Y when I had a collision to the door. The damages were enormous but they ensured I got the best service and made sure that the car was inspected for any unforeseen damages. Brent was very upfront and very sincere, he is very trustworthy as well and sticks to estimated time of completion. Luckily for me, I received my car back 6 days early. I cannot recommend this place enough. I had extensive damage from a tree that fell on my car. Brent took care of everything! He dealt with the insurance company and kept me updated through text messages almost on a daily basis! They strive for perfect 10 customer service and they mean it. My car is 2024 so I was skeptical about finding a place that would do a good job with it. After reviewing lots of shops around I realized Triangle Collision was the place. Now there’s no other place I’d take my car to. The result was flawless.,They even returned me the car 10 days before the scheduled finish date.
