I’m leasing a brand new Nissan Sentra from Leith Nissan. A couple days ago I brought my car for service and one thing for sure : I’m so happy I chose them! John was so patient answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. The service was done pretty quick, I was offered a complementary ride as well adm I got a free oil change! Thanks to the technician that personally worked on my vehicle! Wonderful job!

Wow, these guys are champs, I don't think I've experience quicker and more enthusiastic service. Right from the get-go John Jr personally guided me to retail parts sections. I brought my 2011 370z in last week because my car was just dying out while i was driving, myself and a couple of my friends with a background in mechanics couldn’t figure out the problem, so i finally decided to just take it in. My advisor Vince was super understanding and listened to me without judging me, which as a woman walking into a shop like that is rare. I didn’t feel like he was trying to make me pay for more than what was necessary. He kept me updated on everything and sent me videos throughout the whole process. After 4 days I have my car back and it’s running perfectly! I would highly recommend this store to anyone with a Nissan and ask for Vince!

Amazing experience first time visiting this service center great help from the beginning to end the service advisor Chris amazing job used to work at a dealership before I do kind of miss it But for sure, I’ll come back to do my service this year. The only thing that really bumped me out is that they offer no courtesy wash on my vehicle after other than that everything was great. No complaints in Chris an amazing advisor. Keep it up.
