Every time I go to that Nissan in Cary I lose 50 pounds of energy with the bad service they have. A suggestion is not that you have to do it, you should explain that to the client. I have tire insurance that I have been paying for for 4 years so that when I need the service they make you pay out of pocket. Managers know less and are less helpful than employees. If you plan to buy a car with them, think twice.
