This place is amazing and both the staff and mechanics were incredibly helpful!!! I needed a quick replacement tire after a flat and they got me in immediately and got the work done in less than an hour. As a bonus I got to get some food at the food court while I waited. Highly recommend this place!

RUN from here. The people we had communication with were; Jeremy, Janette and Caleb. My all (4) brand new tires I bought through Costco on February 28th, 2024 and installed the beginning March 2024, the front two are completely shot. We have barely had them 7 months and already have to replace them. These tires should be covered under costcos bullshit warranty but because we did not have them “rotated” through them, they will not cover them. As a mom and in this economy, I will never ever use Costco, and I will be sure to share my experience everywhere I can and to every person I know. We lost $1,200 because of them. And to top it of, the three people by the names Jeremy, Janette and Caleb made this worse than it needed to be. Cancelling my membership and sending my experience to news outlets. 100% do not go here. Scam.

I was out of town when I received a low pressure message for all my tires, one especially. Had to put a spare on, then went to Costco tire center in Apex, NC to pur have 2 new tires. I did that, came back the next morning and the new tires were installed and I was on my way. Kevin could not have been more helpful in selling me the tires, and Jordan was super friendly and helpful the next day with getting my tires installed.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this tire center. Even with a scheduled appointment, I had to wait over 1.5 to 2 hours just for a simple tire rotation. What’s the point of making an appointment if the wait times are this long? This level of inefficiency is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values their time.

Everyone seems to give this place a hard time. I went to get new tires. Wait time for the appointment was 2 weeks. (Discount tire also gave me the same timeframe at a 15% price increase. I asked about a price match and it was not offered.) Service was fine. Tires were mounted and balanced fine. The tech and manager there that day seemed very reasonable. Fair price for fair work. I did check my tire pressure after and had to adjust it slightly. No big deal. Any good car owner should keep an eye on it. Not perfect but great for the price. People need to have reasonable expectations.

I recently visited this costco tire place. Their customer service could use improvements. They answer calls while there is a people of line waiting. Some customers just leave because of long wait. Costco can do better than that.

Went here for tire rotation… Costco Mechanic has cross threaded at least one stud in each of the tire… Dealer quote me 1200 to replace all the damaged stud.. Had to go to local mechanic and he did it for $ 565..

I changed all 4 tyre in my Honda CRV couple of month ago just week ago one of tyre had flattened I have warranty so that I go there for changed one tyre I wait long time almost 4 hour at end they does do nothing they return me only they ordered tyre they had not stocks what a shame big store had no stock today is 5 th day Iam waiting for tyre I have not other car it makes big trouble to me for riding for work today I called their they told me only coming thrusday tyre will be available so that don’t go costco for change tyre if you have no other vehicle.if I did not change before there I did not go there this is my last for chafed tyre there .

7/11/23 update: I have since brought my car in multiple times without issue. Brought up to 4 stars. Original: I was really hoping this service would be good. But very disappointed. I brought my car in and told them my front right tire was leaking air. 90 minutes later they tell me they finished. But turns out they "finished" without even removing the nail that was stuck in my leaky tire. I expect better from Costco.
