I had such a pleasant experience today to get my oil changed. They were quick and efficient especially after a work day! I don’t normally use the apex ford location so they send me here but Jordan was so happy to help me and (didn’t catch the name of the other person in the office) but she was equally amazing. Wonderful customer service and speedy! 10/10 strongly recommend!

I was super pleased with the service I received here. I had no idea that this business was related to the bigger Ford dealership in Apex, Crossroads. Anyway, once I learned about this and talked with a person from this Quicklane, I got my F-150 an oil change and the price was better than any other place I've been to, I think the service provided was better than most other oil change options, so I'll be coming back here for sure!

Thomas was an excellent, but I have a serious issue with the shop’s technician. It appears that there might be distractions in the shop, as something as simple as replacing the oil cap was overlooked. I drove the car over 25 miles before realizing it was missing the cap after an oil change. Furthermore, the 23-point inspection your shop provides is questionable. It claims that all points were checked and passed, but I believe they didn’t actually check anything. For example, my rear wiper is falling apart, and it was marked as passed. Now I’m missing the oil cap, which could potentially cause engine damage in the long run. Despite these issues, Thomas was great. He drove all the way to my house with a new oil cap, cleaned my engine from oil spillage, and was very apologetic, even though it wasn’t his fault. The manager was supposed to call me on Monday to discuss this matter, but I haven’t heard anything from anyone. This is very disappointing and unacceptable.

I’ve been going to Quicklane Tire & Auto in Apex for oil changes and tire rotations for the last few years, mainly because it’s close to where I live. Overall, the service is quick and convenient, which I appreciate, although the last time it took 2.5 hours for a simple oil change. That said, there’s one thing that consistently annoys me. Every single time I go, they overinflate my tires. The sticker on the driver’s side door clearly says 33 PSI, but I always leave with tires pumped up to 36–38 PSI. It makes the ride way stiffer than it should be. After each visit, I end up driving to Costco to adjust the pressure myself at one of their self-service pumps. I’ve brought this up a few times - explicitly asked them not to overinflate or even just to leave the tire pressure alone - but it keeps happening. Either they’re ignoring the label and do blanket pressure for all cars, or their equipment is uncalibrated. At this point, I’m debating whether to find a new place or just get used to making a Costco stop part of the routine. Can’t really speak to the oil quality or other services beyond that. Just wish they’d listen on the tire pressure part.

I’ve always had my work done at Quick lube was very pleased However, they changed my oil repaired to stop third stop light in December after which my car sounded loud. I did not have an opportunity to look under my vehicle until last weekend and the guard that protects the oil plug and other areas of the car was missing and had not been put back on from quick lube After they serviced my vehicle I have called quick lube Repeatedly Over the last few days and spoken with Elizabeth who keeps telling me the manager or reach back out to me, but he’s not in the office today. I am very disappointed and I need someone to reach out to me from this organization. I have had my vehicle exclusively service there spent thousands of dollars in service To have this issue, not resolved and not addressed Quick lube needs to replace my guard that they forgot to put on after servicing my vehicle in December and get this done quickly One very dissatisfied customer

I have had a good experience till last year around Nov. I like getting professional service but this has been some BS when they pulled my truck in the shop and for what I paid per hour I should’ve went to Ford Motor Company across the street. Took them two days to put a starter on and the tech working on my truck lied and said it was defective and broken and I knew it was not broken but they took his word instead of mine. I was paying almost $200.00 a hour and getting BS service and lied to. I always deal with Nathan the Manager but he was off that day or had a late schedule that day. Nathan is very professional and respectful every time I come there. I will not be coming back to ( quick lane ) in Apex ever again to spend any money at this location because their techs are full of it!

1 star because there is no less. Again they said all was good and filers were checked. I watched the whole service and they were not checked. Also said there were no leaks and I know for a fact there is. It’s a shame..to worried about trying to sell a battery that has already been replaced

I thought I had a dead battery that I bought from here about a year ago. I called roadside assistance to jump it only to discover it was just a loose connection (I was terrified it was something complicated that would cost a bunch, and since I was late for work, I didn't have time to figure out the issue). I drove it to the shop at the insistence of the roadside guy, as he thought it would be best to make sure no other connections were broken or loose. Instead of making me wait an hour or more, the service guy at Quicklane stationed behind the counter came out and tightened everything, made sure it started up right, and took a photo to "chew out" whichever repair guy left my car battery in that condition. I was so thankful for his help and he had me out in less than 10 minutes with everything in its proper place (and making sure the guy responsible got a talking to made me feel better about the huge inconvenience I experienced when my car wouldn't start and I had to get an Uber to and from work). I can't remember the service guy's name, (he was very tall and thin with dark hair and had kind eyes) but he made a stressful situation so easy and fast. My past experiences at this shop have always been pleasant and all the guys are very nice. Being a woman, I've had many interactions with car repairman that were condescending, patronizing, and frankly, completely infuriating when they talked to me like I was an idiot. The servicemen at Quicklane have never talked down to me, but still explained everything thoroughly and clearly, which is greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help!

New facility fast friendly service. Nate manager and Sal provided excellent service. I have a 32 foot RV and they actually had a lift put it on to get the oil change and check under the chassis which I was surprised. They offered coffee and tons of space to work with also some monitors. Plenty of outdoor seating. Comfy seats to watch some sports as well. Price on getting a V10 Triton oil change with synthetic was great.
