I have downgraded my rating by another star due to the misleading information provided in your response and the absence of any accountability. From my very first inquiry about the estimated duration of the service, your tone suggested an attempt to shift blame because I arrived a few minutes early. Although you later exceeded your own maximum time estimate, you still refused to acknowledge responsibility. Regarding your assertion that my two-week lead time on booking was actually “three days,” I fail to see its relevance. Your comment “we could all tell you were upset” is particularly revealing, given that I interacted with only one staff member. I also overheard you discussing my situation with others, which strikes me as unprofessional and undermines client comfort. For future interactions, I would appreciate a more professional approach and improved soundproofing. I screenshotted your response and attached it below since you can't be trusted to be an accurate historian. Original Review: Two-hour wait for an oil change booked weeks in advance, with no regard for my schedule or accommodations. An oil change should take a maximum of 30 minutes. I will not be returning.

Brian and his crew are the best in town. They worked on a 2015 BMW 328i and helped me run it up to over 250k miles before I decided to swap it for an X5. When my X5 needed repairs, BMW quoted me well over $6700 to get everything fixed and no loaner vehicle. When I reached out to Brian, he sent me a detailed quote that was half of the dealerships cost. It was the same OEM part with much more affordable labor. On top of that, he was able facilitate a loaner vehicle at no extra charge and was true to his word on the time frame to have everything fixed. I've trusted Premier One with oil changes, brake pads, rotors, A/C repairs and engine work. They have earned not only my business but my trust. Would STRONGLY RECCOMEND.

As far as auto repair shops go this one is top notch on every level. .Both my Dad and myself have been going to Premier One Automotive for many years and have always had an excellent experience. They have always serviced our cars and kept them running in top shape. They are accurate and their prices are fair and they don't try and up sell you. The entire team is knowledgeable and they always take the time to explain in detail what my car needs as far as any repairs are concerned. Brian, the owner is big on preventative maintenance in helping to prevent or avoid more costly repairs in the future. I'm happy i have a friend in the auto repair business. Won't go anywhere else with my Audi, Mercedes and my Dad's Range Rover. 5 big Stars!

My experience with Brian and Premier One Automotive was bar none the best experience I've ever had with a shop. Brian is very attentive, understanding and his guys do a great job! I initially had my vehicle at Crossroads Ford but was referred to Premier One and everything worked out better than expected. They performed a complete motor swap and my vehicle is running perfectly. They did it much faster than expected as they are very proactive so the tear down was completed thee days prior to to new motor arriving. Brian was great at communicating with me throughout the entire process and I couldn't be happier. Icing on the cake is that the shop saved me over $2,500 comparative to the dealership. They are a professional, expedient and quality shop.

I have 2 experiences with this shop: 1. I took my car in after I heard some terrible noise coming from the front end when accelerating. After keeping my car for a couple days they said they could not work on it because it had modifications. They did however start taking random guesses at what the issue was, claiming it might be a clutch issue. I took it to another shop who found the issue in less than an hour. THE AXEL WAS FALLING OUT. And this shop missed it somehow. I doubt they even looked under the car because it was very obvious. See pic. 2. Took it in for an oil change because it’s close to my work and I figured they couldn’t mess that up. They exceed my expectations in the worst way. Got it back after paying $95 and the oil was overfilled. Guy tried to tell me it was no problem and that they followed the manual. Whether or not they followed the manual, the dip stick doesn’t lie. It was overfilled. I ended up taking it home and fixing it myself. They won’t be touching my car again. I would recommend going elsewhere.

Brought my daughters car here to have aftermarket header installed. On the way home from picking up the car the check engine light came on. We were told to bring it back and after looking at it we were told the code was showing o2 sensor. Said it was common issue when replacing headers. Diagnosis seemed wrong so we took her car to another mechanic. It took him 5 minutes to diagnose. Premier One failed to tighten the header. The alternative mechanic was quite upset and demanded to know who did the install. They said the bolts were so loose the wrench just kept spinning when they went to check the tightness. It blew a gasket and caused an exhaust leak which triggered the check engine light. Nothing wrong with the o2 sensors. When I spoke to Brian with Premier One he said it was the alternative mechanics word against his, and that it was against “mechanics code” to blame another mechanic. Brian refused to warranty the labor and blamed us for not bringing it back, a third time. He suggested that the header may have just come loose. So within 10 miles after leaving your shop, the bolts came loose and it blew a gasket?? I will be disputing the charges on my credit card and we will not be taking any of our vehicles here again.

Brian is by far one of the best people as well as the owner of Premier One auto. He has gone above and beyond for me and my family. He works with you on prices, cuts the dealer rates and have if not even better to get you whatever service you need. He is one of the best people that I know and one of my closest friends he always goes above and beyond for anybody, friends, family, etc. if you need work done to any of your vehicles, he can get it done. He also has rentals that help out. I have nothing more to say because he is phenomenal.

Brian and his entire team are amazing. We currently have a 2020 Mercedes and a 2021 Range Rover and have been taking our cars to Premier One Automotive in Apex for over 5 years. They are consistently the best import shop in the area. We used to take our cars to the dealer, but realized the labor rate is so much cheaper at Premier One. His team of mechanics are highly qualified and dealing with a automotive repair shop that is knowledgeable, honest, reliable and provides transparent pricing is a rarity. We feel fortunate to have found such a reputable shop to service our cars, not to mention they back up their work by offering a 3 year/36 mile warranty. No dealer offers that. They also offer competitive auto detailing services as well. Always superb 5 Star service!
