I grew up on the car business and I quickly learned not to trust people in the car business so I’ve always been extremely cautious and skeptical to see how much “work” my car needs or actually doesn’t really need. I ask questions already knowing the answer to see if they are being honest or just trying to get money from me. David and Cameron in particular (also Adam) but these two men not only passed my test to see if they are trustworthy they gave me different options that were cheaper and were honest with me about something I initially came in for that would have been $1200 that I actually thought was going to be an issue if I didn’t get it fixed but I was wrong and they actually found an actual safety issue that I didn’t know about ! I have asked these two men more questions about my car sometimes even asked multiple times because I either forget the answer or didn’t write it down but they did NOT rush me at all - this was probably the second most important thing I look for when needing work on my 2002 SLK320 - they specialize with Mercedes and actually older MB too . When I say that Cameron and David both were so EXTREMELY patient with me and my thousands of questions and concerns they made sure i understood each answer correctly before moving on they took the time to explain and show me the issues recommended various of options for other random things I was asking about with my MB. I will not be going anywhere else with my SLK. These guys are humble, patient, very funny, thorough and got my car back so much faster than i thought , great communication. I can’t say enough positive things about David and Cameron and the genuine hospitality that you can’t teach in school how to have “basically a good bed side manner” I’m a dental hygienist and i have many patients that have dental phobias or extreme dental anxiety I take it very seriously and the feedback I have received from my patients one being great bed side manner put their anxiety to rest etc this is how I would describe these two men. I was very anxious about my car didn’t want it to be extremely expensive and a few other worries , like I said how ever many times above in this novel that they are patient they didn’t ask me to leave when I was there for two and half hours after they closed I realized the time and was embarrassed for taking so much time to review things, they never once mentioned the time they never even tried to give me an excuse to get me outta there after closing time , they didn’t mention they closed two hours ago - THAT made me know they actually cared about my situation and making sure I was not anxious when I did finally leave. I can continue but my novel will end with i am not going anywhere else for any work for my Mercedes Benz other than CW Performance y’all are amazing and God bless y’all

After getting almost 3000 dollars worth of repairs still walked out with service c due light due on. A complimentary service or wash and clean would have been good. Also asked for 2 screws for license plate and was not done also inquired about other items interior stuff to look at, and was referred to go to another shop. Gentleman at front desk was very good at explaining everything at treated me fairly with the exception of the above. Repairs were done in good amount of time and car runs good. Corrective action taken on review. Was contacted by owner that I could bring car back in for service... Great communication on behalf of cw.

This shop is the real deal, don’t get me wrong it’s expensive, but less than a dealership for sure, and you’re getting quality work and great advice. They were extremely thorough with my vehicle and found everything wrong with it and told me how much it was to fix, but they didn’t try to upsell me on anything and also told me what there was that I could fix myself, I’ll for sure be a return customer!

You will never go wrong using CW Performance! I have been a client about 14 years this week. My car had an issue with the gas cover closing properly. Nothing major however, they knew exactly what to do and how to take care of it efficiently and cost-effectively! Kurt and his staff are incredibly honest, and I’m incredibly picky when it comes to anything having to do with the auto industry! I have never felt Unvalued I have always felt comfortable treated and feel like I’m in excellent hands. The prices are fair. The work is excellent. And if you should ever need to leave your car there, if you schedule an appointment accordingly, they will have a loaner car for you, which is very rare in the auto industry for independent repair shops! CW come with the expertise, the knowledge and the customer service that everyone needs and desires! I cannot recommend CW enough, and as long as I have a Mercedes, they are always my shop of choice!
