Don’t go to any Jiffy Lube period. My husband Shawn is done JL. My daughter just went to this location. 2hr wait and oil stain on driveway. Every time we go to a Jiffy Lube. Oil stains on the driveway!!!

The guy who was doing the inspections told everyone who needed an inspection done (they passed BUT they needed to pay a little more for there low cooling for a small extra fee). I watched him say that over and over and over. You should fire that guy. the rest of the staff seemed decent . someone should do a Tik Tok on that.

They did not install the gasket for the oil filter correctly and oil leaked out leaving a huge puddle in our garage. My wife had the car and was 100 miles away when this was discovered. Thankfully she found another jiffy lube that got her in and they had to do the oil change all over again. This could have easily have left her stranded or worse, ruined the motor. Update: the owner asked me to send an email to the manager to share my experience with her. I sent an email and a copy of the receipt. It’s been more than 2 weeks. Crickets.

Like previous reviews, the machine for inspection is still down. I guess they just don’t want to do this service anymore. I waited about 20 minutes for someone to finally come out and tell me to go to the location on high house. The high house location isn’t pleasant by any means, I know it’s not somewhere I’d expect to get great customer service from but they all seem to hate this job. I’ve come to jiffy lube for years, and I will not be back. I am in customer service and hate writing reviews like this because I know sometimes people just have bad days but this seems like a company wide downfall.
