What I can say? This is the best car shop I have ever visited. I have no insurance to cover the windshield replacement. They gave me a discount on top of a already seasonable price. They even provided 2 curtesy rides. The communication is straight forward and sincere, no sales tactics and tricks. It seems they know I am almost broke and helped me out with the best price I can find near triangle area. Now my Honda HR-V has a new glass just exactly the same as the original one. They say I should not wash the car in 3 days, I guess I will wait a week, even though they have a warranty for their work, but I'd better be careful to save myself some trouble to do it all over again.

Andre did a great job on my 02 Lexus 470. He showed me some issues after he took my windshield out that I'm sure no one else in the industry would of showed me, then he fixed it so I wouldn't have trouble down the road. Very knowledgeable. I refer everybody I know to Andre and his wife Cynthia

I'm usually skeptical when I see a place with essentially all 5-star reviews, but Apex Auto Glass clearly deserves them! I had a great experience with them repairing 2 windshield chips about 2 weeks ago, one of which I got on the way over to them! Andres checked them out and gave a fair and honest assessment of what he could do for them since one was deep and the other had several star legs. He took a bit longer than he estimated when repairing them, but that is because he made several passes to fill the cracks. Well worth it since they both looked great and are still almost impossible to see anymore. He also committed to refund my reasonable repair cost if they didn't hold up and apply it to a windshield replacement. Could not ask for any fairer or quick service. Plus Cynthia is a gem running the office and a pleasure to talk to. My wife was impressed too and we would never go anywhere else for auto glass service. Thanks!!!

Thankful that my insurance agent was able to set up a referral for same day replacement of my Tacoma left rear window from a breakin/ robbery that took place at a local Stay APT Suites in Morrisville, NC. Andres and others in the shop are US Military Veterans, and as a Dad of two military sons and their wives, I'm very pleased that Plymouth Rock Insurance sent me to this shop of Proud Americans and that they had the window in stock. This company really gave the old-time feel of excellent customer service that is so often lacking with today's businesses. After getting frustrated with Safelite's automated phone system, I hung up and gave Apex Auto Glass a call. Fifteen minutes later I was shaking hands with one of the owners. Ten minutes after that, I was driving away with my rock-chipped windshield sealed. I was very satisfied with the personal, timely, professional, and affordable service that I received and I will surely use Apex Auto Glass for all my future auto glass needs!

Apex Auto Glass is absolutely amazing and they provide the highest quality customer service! I called shortly before closing one night to schedule a windshield repair. By the time, I arrived at 8am the next morning Andres knew more about my car’s history than I did! Just by a quick glance, he knew that the wrong glass windshield had been installed previously. I had no idea that it wasn’t the original windshield! He ordered the new windshield from Ford right after I called that night and had it scheduled for delivery by 9:30 am the next morning. Andres guided me through talking with my insurance company to help me get the best coverage. Insurance got approved and I was out the door by 12:30 with a completely new windshield with complimentary glass cleaner and air freshener in my car. Cristiano was the technician and he did an excellent job! My car looks brand new! Everyone at Apex Auto Glass was very friendly and took great care of me. I am incredibly thankful to them for attending to my car so quickly!

Apex Auto Glass has now replaced two Porsche windshields for me. In both cases, the level of service and the quality of the work was outstanding. They were extremely knowledgable about windshield manufacturers & technologies, and even had very specific knowledge of the tricks associated with dealing with Porsche. They were super flexible on scheduling and even came to my house late in the evening and installed the windshield - and calibrated the car's vision system - in my garage. This is the first time anybody even told me it was possible to perform a certified ADAS calibration on-site. I had my prior two windshields replaced elsewhere, but I will never go anywhere other Apex Auto Glass now.

For more than two weeks, I was repeatedly told that someone would come to assist me. Despite continuous follow-ups, no one ever arrived. Each time I contacted them, I was told to “wait a minute” or “we will be with you shortly,” yet I was left waiting for more than two hours on multiple occasions without any resolution. I also scheduled an appointment and personally went to the company’s stated location. Upon arrival, I found the place completely empty—there was no office, no staff, and no activity at all. The only thing present was a single parked car. There was no indication that this was an operational business location. Communication throughout this period was extremely poor and misleading. Responses were delayed, repetitive, and failed to result in any actual service. The experience gave the impression of a non-functional or unreliable operation. When I informed them that I intended to leave a public review based on this behavior, I was insulted and called “stupid,” and I was threatened with having my account reported or blocked. This response was unprofessional, unacceptable, and further confirms the lack of proper customer service standards
