This place is the best! Every glass place refused to help me and instructed me to go back to Rivian’s Service Center in Richmond. That would have been super inconvenient, annoying and would have taken a whole day to get my front windshield fixed as I live in Fuquay-Varina. Apex Auto Glass went through the lengthy process of applying to become an authorized Rivian Glass dealer/service center to help me. As soon as they heard my challenge, Cynthia (office manager) jumped on it right away and within a month’s time I had a brand new OEM Rivian windshield for my car! Cynthia checked in with me constantly to let me know where they were in the process of getting approval to be a Rivian Glass Center. Andres (owner) is a true professional and stands on business. He even has jokes as he played a trick on Cynthia and I. Haha. He was able to get it done as promised and I have zero issues. He talked me through everything and even let me see how they replaced the windshield and use high quality glues and parts when installing the new windshield. If you own a Rivian or any car for that matter, this is the team that you want. Again to me fellow Rivian owners, don’t drive back to Richmond or any other distance location to get your window fixed, Andres and the Apex Auto Glass team are now able to give you an OEM Rivian Windshield!
