Amanda Lamm was my go to person and she was beyond AMAZING!! I’ve previously worked with her on work vehicles but this time it was my personal car. She was excellent with communication and answered all the questions I had. She walked me through every step of the way and I had no confusion about what was happening next. She knew it was my birthday coming up and knew I was stressed about my car so not only did I have it back before my birthday but she decorated my car with birthday decorations. I will say that Caliber is the best customer service I’ve had when it comes to dealing with my car. I wrecked in Maryland and refused to take it anywhere but to Caliber in Apex, NC.
