We took our car to Firestone as it wouldn't start. The mechanic there quoted us a hefty price to replace our battery and alternator. I called Frantz because the owner at Cary Collision recommended them. From the first phone call I made I have been so impressed with them. Based on what Firestone told me, Frantz gave me an estimate that was half the price. When they had a look at our car, they told us that they only need to replace the battery and that the alternator is good. They were honest and we received excellent customer service. We will be taking our car only to Frantz for any mechanical issues. Thank you!

My dodge ram 1500 had an issue that I believe would have been very difficult to diagnose anywhere else. These guys had the experience to know exactly what was wrong, cutting extra costs by avoiding unnecessary fixes. One transmission control module later, and she’s purring again. I traveled from Orlando, Florida to visit my son and his family in Cary, NC . I needed to have my car checked because the window washer stopped working. My son made an appointment at Frantz as he has taken their car there several times for regular and diagnostic repairs because of Google reviews he read! I was impressed at this family owned business, the entire team was great. The problem turned out not to be a simple repair, but they inspected everything from the fuse, pump and electrical until they found the issue and were assured I had peace of mind. They completed the repair at a reasonable cost and within a day…everything works great and I feel confident driving back home. The staff of family and non family members treated me like I was a long term customer explaining the scope of work, diagnostic and cost. I definitely recommend Frantz as your dedicated repair shop!

Frantz Autobody has been such a great help to me. Jordan and Darryl were incredibly kind, honest, and quick to get my car fixed both times I brought it in. I first took my car to another shop in Cary that gave me a high repair quote after charging $240 for a diagnosis. I called Frantz the next day, and they were able to repair my car that same day based on that information. About two weeks later, my car broke down again with the same code, and when I brought it back, they dug deeper, found the real issue, and still got it back to me that day. Every person I spoke with there was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their pricing is fair, and their service is dependable. This is definitely the place to go if you need your car worked on in Cary.
