I recently got my car inspected there and the service was amazing I walked in thinking I was going to be put on a waitlist since it was last minute but the service advisor named James Paul Shepley who was really kind and informative helped me out. I took my Lyriq in for so expected new platform issues. Rear vents not operating, a storage bin that was not operating, and software update delays, and a check vehicle light. Ariel Wall was very friendly and helpful, confirming my issues before I left and calling and emailing with updates. The tech that worked on my car seemed to be knowledgeable and was able to explain or resolve all issues I had with the car. Ariel was calm under pressure and made the whole service easy. This is my first Cadillac and my first time in their service. Makes me confident in the purchase if this will be my primary dealer for Cadillac needs.
