If you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic you can stop searching. I've lived in a few different states and I've never found a shop that is more honest, fair, or hardworking than this one. This shop will never look at you like a sale, but rather a valued customer. The team always goes above and beyond to make sure their valued customers are taken care of at an honest price, what more can you ask for? I've had several experiences with this shop and every one has been 10/10. If you need help, give them a call and ask for Tim or Pat! They will take care of you. You won't regret it.

I would not recommend this facility. They said to diagnose the problem on my truck would be $165.00. They ended up charging me $298.36 to diagnose it. Straight up lie! They are not to be trusted.

This is, in my opinion, the best mechanic in the Raleigh/Cary area. I've been taking my cars here for years, and they have always treated the cars like they were their own. When I drop my car off for general maintenance and they call when they find something to ask if I want to get it fixed, and explain the cost and how sever of an issue it is if I don't get it fixed. Their prices have always been reasonable, and they will tell you if the repair is just not worth doing. The check engine light on my car had been on for the previous two owners and no mechanic they had brought it to had been able to figure out what the problem was. I brought the car here, and they had it figured out within a day and were able to get it fixed. They have a late night drop off system where you can bring your car in after closing, fill out a form on an envelope, put your key in the envelope, and the drop it through the mail slot in their door. This has been a huge convenience for me since they open early in the morning and I wouldn't normally be able to get a ride to drop my car that early. This let's them get started on the work sooner and makes it so I only need to work out one ride to the shop during business hours. Overall, I've very pleased with them and try to recommend them to anyone in the area that need auto repair and maintenance.

I needed an oil change last minute for the holidays and Techni-Quest was able to work it into their schedule. Tim was very courteous and the shop techs did a great job! They were also able to take care of my vehicle inspection during the same visit. Having moved the area recently, I'm glad to have found Tim and Techni-Quest to take care of our vehicles!

Top notch service! I have three old and very high mileage vehicles so we come here quite often. Have gotten to know some of the staff over the years and Charles, Mike, Justin, Joe and all the guys there are friendly, honest and a pleasure to chat with. Repairs are done right, done quickly, and prices are always reasonable. They shoot you straight about what is necessary and make helpful suggestions without being forceful. After hours drop off is super convenient as well.

I heard about the car repair shop through a friend, and since finding a reliable or trustworthy mechanic has felt like an impossibility in today’s world, I sort of took the recommendation with a grain of salt. But, after having some car troubles occur we went to this place and they have been truly amazing and super reliable ever since with multiple interactions. Whatever they recommend and eventually charge, I just know it is fair and the correct recommendation with the known information. Nothing but good vibes and nice guys at this shop. After many years with another established shop in Cary, it was kind of scary to find another reputable, trustworthy auto repair. (Auto repair is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get.) But HOORAY! Techni-Quest saved the day. I look forward to being a long-time customer. Many thanks to Charles, Tim and Neil who saved the day when my 1972 Challenger lost its rear brakes on the last day of the 7 day 7 city Hot Rod Magazine Power Tour. Techni-Quest squeezed me in and using their skill and creativity, within 2 hours I was back on the road.
