It’s just Jiffy Lube, right? But, honestly every time I’ve gone to this location in the past few years the service has been exceptional! They’re super quick and super friendly. The cashier I had today, Matthew V. (or so says the ticket) was SO KIND!! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. In a world where it’s too easy to be down on oneself, I admire strong work ethic and the days of saying “hello!” when a customer walks through your door. Call me old school, but there’s something to it.

After I had my car serviced I noticed an oil leak. My husband looked at it and found that the bolt where the oil is drained had not been tightened up he could tighten with his fingers. The undercover of my car was only put back with 2 plastic tabs when it should have about 7 tabs and 1 bolt. It was flapping under the car and sounded horrible. I am not happy with their service! Will not be returning!

Took my car in for an oil change today. I was greeted by Lamar, Troy and Chuey. Friendly service with a smile. These guys are the absolute best! Their service was quick and effective. I’ll never will change Oil In this place, big mistake. Much cheaper and better service you can get at dilership and more liable They destroyed the skid plate and they threw it away ,and didn’t tell me anything about , when I went back and tell them where is a missing skid plate they said is in the corner I told them to put it back . They said they cannot put it back. I couldn’t find any contact of customer service to complain about. I checked the oil level with engine on and turned off the oil level wasn’t right. Maybe I gotta go at dealership and check it again Strongly recommend do not change oil of your vehicle in that place, or any other service They will rip you off and destroy your car

Kildare Farms Rd in Cary NC Representin’! Troy & Lamar & the entire crew made me feel welcome, like family. They were all professional, explaining every step along the way. I stop for an oil change but they gave me the reassurance for my pre- road journey.
