Really horrible service here. I went in for an oil change and inspection and they came back and told me that the battery had died and that the car wouldn’t start and that I needed a new battery. One of the clamps on the terminal was loose so they took it off which requires the system to reset by driving it 50-100 miles. I wiggled the clamp a little bit and it started right up. I asked them to please tighten the clamp but when I got home and checked it they hadn’t tightened it. I also discovered that they had taken the registration card out and not returned it.
