I was well pleased with the service here. My car drove so much better after having rear brake work completed. I'll be returning for front brake work. Great customer service. Updated 10/12/22: On Tuesday I returned my car to have my front brakes done. Now I have perfect and lifetime brake pad warranty on the front and back. My car drives and brakes so much better. Jay was very professional and provided great customer service. I look forward to continued services.

As a woman looking for a trustworthy automotive shop, I came across a Gem. Fantastic customer care. Always polite and professional. Nothing is too difficult for them. Jay is an amazing mechanic and explains why he recommends something. His wife Bettina is very helpful and makes me laugh. I used to go to bigger name automotive companies and felt I always paid too much. I will always use JNM Auto for any work needed on my car as I know they will only do work that is required at better than a fair price. I trust them!! Plus they do amazing body work. :)

Finding a mechanic you can trust can be a daunting task, but you can rest assured at JNM Auto! Jay was my mechanic and he was so incredibly kind to me. Not once did I feel like he was trying to sell me on a service I didn't need, plus he even let me watch what he was doing so I could learn more about my vehicle. I don't know the first thing about cars but Jay was able to show me in a way that I could understand. I got a full synthetic oil change on my cx30 plus some free know-how. 100% recommend!

I found this auto shop on Groupon when I first moved here about a year ago. As a single parent and being new to the area; I was skeptical of anyone working on my car besides routine maintenance. I'd taken it to a VW specialist before for a separate issue and eventually asked Jay for a second opinion; and although their diagnosis confirmed that of the previous shop; the price was much more affordable AND they were transparent about some of the unnecessary services included in the competitors quote. JNM has also done inspections for me on prospective new car purchases and prevented me from falling victim to dealership scams. I truly value and appreciate their integrity, honesty, and the genuine relationship I've formed with both Jay and his wife Bettina. They have a forever customer in me!

My experience with JNM Auto was one of the best and most rewarding experiences with a small business I’ve ever had. Things could have gone so much worse, but we were incredibly fortunate to have been introduced to Jay of JNM Auto. We were in town for our daughter’s graduation ceremony. While driving on the highway we heard a bang under the hood, and the a/c rapidly shut down. We took the next exit and pulled into a Jiffy Lube. It became very apparent our problem was beyond their capabilities. I asked Esteban, the friendly technician at Jiffy Lube if he knew a local mechanic. He put me in touch with Jay. Even though it was Friday at nearly closing time, Jay brought his tow truck to Jiffy Lube, hooked me up, and even had a rental car available for my use. JNM isn’t normally open on Saturday, but Jay came in anyway, ordered the parts necessary to fix my car, made the repairs, and gave me an extremely fair price, which included the tow and rental. Jay’s honesty, kindness, and skill is outstanding. He helped make what could have been a terrible and unsafe experience an awesome outcome. Jay, you have my sincerest thanks and respect.

I just moved from Germany to the US and was looking for a trustworthy auto shop. Jay took a look at my car and told and showed me what he needs to do in order to ensure my car will last a long time. Since he explained everything, I felt very well taken care off. The repair of my car took just one day and he also offered me a rental car for that day. After doing a little bit comparison, it seems the price was very reasonable. I will definitely come back for future repairs and maintenance.

I brought my 2016 Hyundai to JNM Auto for an AC repair, and am happy with my choice! Bettina was helpful, friendly, and quick to reply over email. I had been told by another shop that my car needed repairs that weren’t actually necessary, and Jay did an independent diagnostic and was honest with me about what my car actually needed. The service was quick and the price was unbeatable!

These guys aren't shady mechanics. But I did sink about 4 grand into a car that didnt have as many issues going in as going out. They did try to fix it and I dont have any feelings of actual malice going on here. I do feel however that for whatever reason they could not accurately diagnose and fix my vehicle specifically. Theyre good people and care about their work but I cant continue going here if my car goes into the shop with a power steering issue and now my car no longer runs at all. I appreciate the effort, all the best to your family. For what it's worth many other people had good experiences here. Maybe we both got a shitty situation.

I recently took my car to JNM Auto for brakes and rotors all around. I found them to be extremely professional, courteous, caring, and very competitively priced. Jay took the time to go over my entire car (a 2008 model) and explain everything he was showing me. There wasn't any "high pressure" selling. He made me feel very comfortable. Bettina on the front end was very friendly and very helpful. She answered all questions and made some very helpful suggestions. JNM Auto is 1 of the best around the area. Ive been a loyal customer for the past 6 years and they have always been there for all of my mechanical needs.
