Mr. Tire always took good care of my car. I went there 5+ times for them to service and they took good consideration and thoroughly reported everything I needed to know. I came over to NC in a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix and it has never felt better since having them take care of it. Could not recommend their services more. John and Randy were a treasure for us this week. On the way to visit our son, the center plate became dislodged and was dragging. We stopped in at the nearest garage to ask for help so we could safely get home. John and Randy were both incredibly professional and welcoming, and generous with their time and skill. Great service! Scheduled an oil change on their website. On further inspection of my car they noticed I would need new brake pads soon. I thought about waiting to get it fixed in a few weeks, but then they let me know they had a deal on brake pads and so I was able to leave with an oil change and new brake pads which coincidentally seemed to fix an issue with my car my dealership said was going to cost me thousands to fix. The service was also fast and efficient. I thought I was going to have to be there for hours, instead I left within maybe an hour and 30 minutes. Best experience I’ve had!! I will definitely be returning to Mr. Tire in Cary in the future!
