I visited the shop yesterday and confirmed they accept Groupon vouchers. So, I went ahead and purchased the voucher and visited today for battery change. Staff at the check out said, they don’t accept any coupons. After multiple requests and showing the voucher details finally they called some other branch and got the that issue sorted out. From the time I reached till the battery got replaced, I was having the key all the time. But, they gave a report of complimentary inspection which shows it was done at 11:06 AM, which is still I don’t understand how could they do all inspections without car key. Kind of OK experience…not so great..

This Mr. Tire is absolutely the best! Lashika absolutely took care of me with "drive up" issue with a tire. She was able to work me into the schedule and get the tire fixed that day. She offered me services and helped me save money in the long run and handle future problems...saving money. I really appreciate her professionalism and assistance and is to be commended!

I couldn’t give this shop and its employees a more glowing recommendation. I recently moved back to NC from Texas and promptly got very sick so here I am. I was out on Saturday and I not only blew a tire I practically shredded it. I remember picking up my phone to call a friend, but all of the friends I knew 20 years ago have all moved on, and my other friends are down in Texas. My jack was missing the piece that I actually needed to jack the car up, and I was quite literally at a loss of what to do. Trying very hard not to panic, I called Mr. Tire and I spoke to an insanely kind man named Mark. Mark said there was something in my voice that told him I was in more distress than usual and much to my surprise, shock, and amazement, he and another employee, Chris, actually came out and changed that tire for me! I remember crying on my way home just from the sheer relief of it all. They had everything they needed to pop the shredded tire and wheel off, replaced it with my little donut, tire, and took my rim back to their shop so I could get a tire the next day.. And, I end up getting one on sale so, seriously, who could ask for anything more??? Like I said, there aren’t words enough to give them the accolades that they deserve, but, for me, I will only have one tire shop for me and any vehicle I have!

Fn ridiculous price for breaks an rotors they got the last $1029 they will ever get from me. My fault I should of done more research . I should have gotten everything from Advance for $368 and had one of my friends put them on for $200.. So 1029 and only $160 was labor

Worse Mr. Tire- refuse to honor their oil change coupon for $39.99. Did not complete sticker for car and did not provide any confirmation of what services were completed and provide feedback information on my car. The person at the front desk spent 20minutes with a customer who kept changing her mind and would not check me in. My appointment was for 2pm and I received a call at 4:40pm telling me to come get my car snd they close at 5pm. Charged me $95.00 to do what?? Do NOT go to this location of Mr. Tire.

The service rep at Mr. Tire helped us make the best choices, replacing our tires, adding roadside hazard warranty. Location was great. S great. While waiting we walked to Crema Coffee and when we were all set, we ate lunch on Maynard Road, less than 10 minutes away. The location is very convenient when we return for tire rotation.

I went in to Mr. tire to have my tires checked due to my tire pressure warning coming up on my car. They told me they would check my tires for me- and if needed then a tire patch would be $27. Of course like i knew they would say - there was a nail in my tire that was “too close to the edge” that could not be repaired, I needed to buy a new tire. whatever- fine. let’s do it. I made sure to ask again & make sure all of my other tires were perfectly fine and everything was good. I was assured the rest of my tires were fine. I paid for my new tire and went about my day. The next day i started driving my car & “Tire pressure low” came back up on my car. great. i went to the gas station and checked my tires. let’s unpack this. the first thing i noticed was they did not put back on the screw on cap to my valve stem on my new tire, it was missing. Then i went and checked what the tire pressure should be on all 4 of my tires… 32. The new tire read at 40. why so high? then the other 3 tires… very low 20s. great. So what i am getting out of this is they probably didn’t even check my other 3 tires??? Also so very great of them to send me off driving with 3 tires in the low 20s and 1 tire way high at 40. I am not happy. at all.
