This place has been the WORST experience to date, they are running a total scam here. Elmer himself is so unprofessional and a complete liar, try and hold him accountable and ask questions about the work they claim to have done on your car, and he will more than likely cut you off and hang up on you. It happened twice to us. He took it upon himself to claim to do work that he was told to not do, and then tried to charge for it. The work they claim to do isn’t actually done, or at least throughly. Less than a month later the same problem started that they claimed to have previously fixed, that was $3,000.00 worth!! Threats have been made two separate times now to do damage to our vehicle because he would not walk us through the work he said he did that amounted to the costs he was trying to charge. This last incident he said he was going to take our car apart and bring it back to us in pieces. Then proceeded to hang up while on the call. Twice. Please protect yourselves and stay away from this shop.

Do NOT take your car here. Shop is full of unprofessional morons. Couple months ago took my Camry here for a jerking issue while driving. Wasted ab 1k trying to fix. They swore my spark plugs were fouled even though they were replaced 2 weeks prior along with a laundry list of other “issues”. They charged me for gas that was never put into the vehicle. On 2 occasions mechanic swore they had test driven it, odometer didn’t even go up even one mile from start to finish. Didn’t even properly diagnose the issue, turned out to be transmission related. Their positive reviews are either bought or for windshield wiper replacements at best. This shop should be sued.
Edit: Added screenshot as they claim I’ve never been to this shop and intend to have my review removed.

Took my vehicle here to have a tune up and luckily the mechanics there found a pretty bad oil leak. A couple gaskets later, and they had me out the same day! Very professional and good quality work! I would recommend to family and friends. I give 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Elmer worked on my car multiple times.. most recently he rebolted the subframe to my car. He previously did work on my steering rack and failed to bolt up the subframe correctly after, this resulted in the whole subframe of my car falling out while driving. Apparently it wasn’t covered under the “warranty” they give you, when it was within 3 months.. He didn’t use the right bolt either.. when I picked up the car he stated everything was safe to drive. He lied to me. The airbag didn’t work, the cruise control was broken, and the horn didn’t work. He told me to bring it back but I didn’t want them touching my car again. I asked for my money back and he said he wasn’t refunding me, and he blocked my number. I then flew my dad out and he had to fix everything that was wrong. I thought me and him had a good relationship so it was disappointing. Don’t bring your car here. It’s just not safe.

Honestly, if I could give it zero stars I would do so. Had a transmission replacement less than a year ago which included a valve cover gasket. 9 months later I’m leaking coolant and the head gasket is gone. Worse part is, the other shop said the valve cover gasket wasn’t done correctly. Combine that when I got the car back after the transmission replacement the battery connector was conveniently loose. My suspicion is they mess with minor to medial things in an effort to get more business. It’s predatory to say the least.
$6500 down the drain, and don’t even get me started on the Koalafi. If ever someone suggests you get a loan to repair your car turn the other way immediately. If this repair shop was bad, they’re even worse. I had 120 days to pay back $6500 dollars. If I had missed the deadline, I’d end up paying close to $17000 over a 6 year period for a car that isn’t worth more than $5k now.
Stay very far away.

For starters, free towing is a lie. Also, this shop deserves negative stars. I took my car there for a simple fix, I just needed the rear wheel bearing assemblies replaced. When I FINALLY got my car back a week and a half later, my car had more problems than it originally had. My axle was destroyed, my abs sensors were cut in half, emphasis on CUT, my parking brake shoes were destroyed, alignment was messed up, and the worst part, my brake calipers were stripped and held onto my car with a bolt and crown nut. I have reached out multiple times to try and get at least some of my money back and they refuse to connect me with the owner. If you enjoy your car and want it to last, DO NOT TAKE IT HERE.

Fast,fair,friendly.
These guys sent a team out on a Saturday morning (a team of 3) to do a rear u-joint/driveshaft.
This team of 3 had my ujoint de-pressed and repressed in 15 minutes!
At a fair rate (I called around ALOT)
No tow trucks there, but they are mobile!
Thanks guys for the assistance, my truck is my bread and butter!

I unfortunately had a very difficult time working with Elmer. I am a younger girl and he talked to me like I was incompetent and would ask to speak to my father to discuss a matter about my car. After comparing to a mechanic family friend I was told that Elmer had over-priced things considerably. For example, I had agreed for Elmer to do X amount of work on my car. When he calls and says he is complete, he told me he also replaced something else while he was working and charged an additional $200 service fee even though we had never agreed on him doing that extra work and he was already working in that part of my car, so why would there be an added service fee and why wouldn’t I just have to pay for the part itself? When I brought these concerns up with Elmer he would raise his voice and tell me I just don’t understand. When I asked him to explain to me he was very short and unhelpful. The last time he spoke to me on the phone he said to “lose his number”. Regardless of how angry a customer makes you, I don’t think it is ever appropriate to be so unprofessional. I am just trying to learn and stand up for myself when I know I don’t need certain work or am being over-charged per research and comparison to other mechanics. Please have caution when choosing Elmer as your mechanic, especially if you are a younger female!
