We have a fleet of vehicles and we had one break down on the interstate, I called Crott's and asked them when they could look at it and they stated they were free until lunch and could look at it. We had it towed there by 9:30 am and never heard back from them. I called them the following day to see if they had looked at it and was told that they had not and that it would be later in the evening. I explained this was one of our fleet vehicles and that they told us the could look at it the day before when it was delivered and if they could get to it any sooner that would be great, they stated they would look at it I said ty and hung up. less than 30 minutes later W.G. called and stated that he would not be able to look at the van until Monday, we questioned why that long when we were told it would be yesterday he decided to start yelling at us and stating that he would be doing us a favor by looking at it Monday that his lot was full. we explained that we needed it back in service asap so we would send a tow truck for it and he hung up on us. He then called back to say that he had it on his lot for one day and there would be a storage fee before he would release it to the tow truck driver. I asked him how much and he stated 110.00 dollars. We paid it but we will never do business with them again.

I was towed by this company and they charged $220 for one day. When I went to pay, the woman there laughed when she told me how much I had to give them. Very rude. I gave 2 stars because I don't know how the mechanics are, and I won't ever find out. The only other review must be someone from the business, the workers there looked like they all just overdosed or got out of prison.

Had several repairs quoted by the owner, and while the price didn't fluctuate, the repairs were not done at nearly the quality, nor accuracy of how the job had been quoted. My vehicle isn't much different than when I dropped it off due to shortcuts being taken, and certain things being completely omitted. Basically a waste of time and money. Will not return, and do not recommend.
