Stole my money! I put $5.00 in the coin changer and only got $4.50 back. On an earlier visit in October of last year the automated car wash took a $10 fee and it never came on. I called their customer service line several times and left messages. Never once received a return call or a refund. Poor, poor way to run a business.

Car wash is trash! Some want u to insert your credit card! Huge Red Flag! Use one of the others ones and it ripped me off 3$! No attendants to talk to and called the number on here.. no answer! Don’t use this car wash! I’m probably not the only one who’s been robbed!

Despite all the bad reviews. The only thing I have experienced is one time the automatic carwash money machine, took my money. BUT the manager of the place. Took care of me when I called him. This is my go to place, when I don't want to be around a ton of people! Anywhere from midnight, beyond. Works for me.

I attempted to use the automatic car wash and it did not work. I paid $8.00 and did not receive any type of service. I was unable to locate an email address to contact someone to address my issue. If someone would please provide contact information, that would be wonderful in order to resolve this issue.

Paid for a $10 automatic carwash. Only one of the 2 washing arms worked. Got the passenger side of my truck washed… To be fair, someone responded to me quickly offering to refund me, (but with no real way to contact them.) Makes it slightly less frustrating...

I just went for a quick vacuum but in the past the car wash went pretty well. I usually never go to the automated because I like to hit certain spots on the vehicle. Pretty ok car wash to go to. No one bothers you unless they come over to give you a compliment.

CARD READER DOESNT EVEN WORK. 3rd time in a row I've had issues with the card reader and after a few swipes it's torn up my card. And this place doesn't even have free vacuums or good detergents to clean with. Hence, why I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have had problems here before but over a year ago. Scanned my card for Self Service wash. My friend starts to wash and the soap wasn’t working, it’s a $2.00 wash and my bank card was billed $10. I called the phone number, left message and No response. Will be notifying the Better Business Bureau this week! This place needs to close!!!

Foam brush, high power spray (rinse), and wax functions work. Brushes aren’t in horrible shape, $5 minimum for card with about 5 or so minutes for that $5. You get what you pay for

This was easily the best self serve car wash I have ever been to. I visited late at night and the lot was well-lit. The vacuums have powerful suction and a thin nozzle to reach the right spaces. The water in the wash bay was hot and there was plenty of time to do a thorough wash. I give five stars and would definitely recommend this business.

Went on a record breaking weather day where of course everyone was taking advantage of a beautiful day. Crown Heights was close to my house and it said I visited 2 years before. (I don’t remember the experience) I wanted to wash and vacuum my vehicle myself. One automatic washer was down, as well as a self service wash was out of order. But that wasn’t a problem for me. My car was dirty! I have 3 kids so it needed a good scrub down. I paid $10.00 for a self wash and another few dollars for vacuuming. I think the price was well worth. I honestly expected it to be more as I was in NO rush and was willing to spend $20 on the wash alone. Lol I WILL be returning again and again. There was plenty of spaces to vacuum. I would of given a 5 star except the self service brushes were a little worn and the wash area was dirty with debris from leaves which kinda got back in my car once I got back in.

Wasted my time. Horrible place, mediocre quality, drain in floor draining slow so stunk. Felt like the time was not much longer when I used card but it was $5 instead of $3 for coins so that was sketchy. Called and owner was rude and hung up on me.

I would not return to this carwash ever again, even for FREE! I purchased the $8 Auto wash. The soap/ water dispensers in the automatic wash are clogged and do NOT adequately cover with soap or properly rinse the vehicle! There are too many car washes in town to be lagging behind in quality!! May I suggest the owner go through the car wash and see if he/she finds it satisfactory for their OWN vehicle? See attached photos! If I wasn't running late for an appointment, I would have asked the attendant for a refund! It was almost like I didn't even have it washed! I'll need have it properly washed again now! Business appears clean, but so is the outside of my trash container.. 🗑️👎 Please don't make excuses and just make the necessary repairs.. you'll have more business and money than you'll need. 👎👎
