Here to update my last review. Just had my ford in to have injectors done and some unforseen problems came up resulting in my truck having to go back to the shop. Over the last year I've spent a large amount of money at csc and josh and juan treated me like a valued customer. Both of them took the time to talk with me personally and really get and understanding of what I'm trying to do with my truck. These guys are experts and took great care of my truck

Update - We took our Sprinter RV in for a 60k service. Again, Juan and the team at Certified are highly professional, experienced, and very friendly to boot! It's hard (if not impossible) to find a Completely Honest auto shop in California. Seriously, if they tell us something needs repair, we trust them completely. Thanks again, guys!! **************************************************************** I am VERY happy to give the folks at Certified Service Center a glowing review! If I could give them 10 stars I'd do it in a heartbeat! We found them on Google 1st and then decided to go with them based on the reviews on Yelp. Every positive thing you read about these guys is absolutely true! Here are the highlights: 1. They are honest mechanics And business people - in my book, the most important quality in any human - let alone business people! 2. They are great diagnosticians 3. I asked them to check the air on one of the tires - they went above and beyond and investigated "why" we had low air. Turns out our tire sensors were cracked. THREE other mechanics and tire guys filled the tires, but none of them went beyond that. It was a cheap fix and keeps us safe on the road. 4. Lightening fast repair! They diagnosed the actual issue on a part that was failing and repaired it on the same day (turns out is was failing for a while AND was missed by another center that diagnosed the check engine light). 5. Before taking your vehicle to ANY other place, check them out. 5. The icing on the cake is that Mike and Juan (the people we dealt with) are Super nice people! These guys are our "forever" diesel mechanics. Very Happy & Satisfied Customer P.S. I know a glowing recommendation/review like this might seem to good to be true....it's not! Check out my other reviews and you'll see that I don't give glowing reviews to everyone - Only if they deserve it. :-) Juan, the service writer, is honest, under-promises & over-delivers, excellent communicator, accommodating, personable and always a pleasure to work with! He even remembers our names to boot! They have truly excellent & ASE-certified mechanics (not all mechanics are ASE-certified) that know what they're doing. Or mechanic, Josh, is awesome!

I was having a hard start/no start issue on my 2006 6.0 Powerstroke (no surprise) and had taken my truck to a different repair shop. They had it for 4 months and nothing. I had to keep calling and finally had enough. I called CSC and they had me in the next day. Two days later they had my truck running like new. Absolutely phenomenal work and great service!! If you own a diesel...JUST BRING IT HERE! Don't waste your time taking it anywhere else. They have a customer here for as long as I own a diesel.

This is the best shop I have ever been to! I was out of town on vacation when my Ford 7.3 started leaking oil (a lot of oil), I called several San Diego area shops and nobody would give me the time of day, fortunately, or I wouldn’t have found Josh, Juan and team at CSC. They took my call and had my truck in the shop within 30 minutes. They helped me get a rental car at a discounted rate so I didn’t have to put my vacation on hold. I was 800 miles from my house and needed my truck fixed. They could have easily taken advantage of that. They did NOT! They called within two hours telling me the issue was an easy fix! While the truck was at the shop I had them do so general maintenance items and the truck is running awesome! They are also probably the nicest guys I have ever met. Great shop, great group of professionals and I highly recommend them, especially for Ford Powerstroke diesels (although they work on all vehicles)!! Thanks Juan! Thanks Josh!

We’ve read so many great reviews for CSC that we just had to take our truck here. Brought our truck in last year. We literally brought our truck in hoping for it to be fixed the first time being there and it didn’t. Our truck was in and out of their shop for a good 6 months. We would take the truck home once it was “fixed”, would make a stop before getting home and it wouldn’t start back up. CSC couldn’t diagnose the exact problem and pretty much played the guessing game on our truck. My husband and I dealt with the front desk ‘Juan’ majority of the time. He was nice the first time around until they couldn’t fix our trucks problem. CSC broke the Orpheus filter in our AC system, told us they would fix it once they received the part, and never did. We bought the parts to fix the heater core hoses, CSC never fixed it that either. They told us they would call us back to fix the Opheus and the heater core- Never received a call. When we called they didn’t have time or Juan never replied. We’ve spent about 10K at CSC and they never fixed our truck. Don’t waste your time and money at this company. They just rob you and leave you with a broken truck.

Had a great experience with this service center. We were far away coordinating service on a van we had purchased from a friend bit never driven. We were a bit nervous that the garage might add to our bill by adding work that didn’t need to happen. That was not the case at all. The team really went out of their way to help us and kept our bill to only the original request, even though we asked them to LOOK for any issues before we would be driving cross country! I recently took my Toyota Avalon to Josh at Certified Service Center in Escondido to diagnose an unusual noise coming from the front end of my vehicle. Josh and his team quickly diagnosed the problem and proposed a cost effective solution. Within 24 hours I had my car back and it’s handling better than ever. Josh had to source parts from several different places including a wrecking yard in order to complete the repair. He even arranged for an alignment with a neighboring shop. I would recommend CSC to anyone for all general automotive repair needs. Great job guys!

This shop rocks!! They got me in on short notice with a funky brake problem that other shops couldn't fix. These guys figured it out and fixed it first go around!, I then had some issues with my electric system. All my cables where for lack of a better term poopy. My obs f250 was hurting to do anything. I call CSC and they hooked me up!!!! Excellent work fantastic turn around time and extremely knowledgeable. One of the only shops I've known to keep constant communication and give real honest answer/help with whatever problem you have. I can't say enough good things! I hate taking my trucks to shops but theses guys I actually trust!

Can’t tell you how nice it is to be able to trust your mechanics again. I went through a handful of shops and almost gave up on my E350 before I found CSC. I am very disappointed with a major service this shop did on my truck about a year ago. They had all kind of issues and returned the truck to me with a speed sensor that was not working and causing major transmission shifting issues. After they allegedly solved the issue I was returned the truck to only have the same issue over 55. I visited several other shops to find the issue and it was eventually found by a rear end shop that they had not inserted the sensor all the way, causing issues at speed. Fast forward to this year and I have the truck in another shop for a fuel system and they have told me the up pipes are leaking! Which is exactly the work I contracted this shop to do. Here is a photo of my 1 year old up pipes gaskets they installed. I spent thousands with this shop only to have to take my truck to other shops and spend thousands more. Then a year later, pay another shop to fix their work. Very disappointed to say the least
