I just picked up my vehicle TODAY and am SUPER impressed with how much love and care Kameel and his team put into fixing up my Jeep. I dropped it off a week ago with bumps, scratches, and a rust spot and came back to find it looking COMPLETELY BRAND NEW!! Not only do they do an amazing job in a timely manner, they are also extremely affordable and will always do their best to find the best price for any parts needing to be replaced. Kameel specifically was amazing with communication throughout the process by texting and calling to keep me updated. Great work and great service. Kameel is super friendly and stands by his work. We had a slight mix up when I had some aftermarket pieces paint matched and I wasn't able to leave my car there for reference. The paint came out ever so slightly the wrong shade because it had multiple variations, but when I took them back in he was happy to repaint for me and make it right. I would definitely recommend A-1 Collision Center to anyone.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this auto repair shop. I regret trusting the positive reviews. I took my Range Rover in for repairs, and not only were they late returning my car, but they also ignored my calls and texts when I urgently needed updates, especially since I was facing penalties with my lease ending. After waiting days, they finally told me they never received the necessary part, leaving me with a half-finished car , charged me about 6k and incurring significant late fees. I have text messages to back up my claims. I strongly advise against using this shop.

Ricardo was so professional, friendly and did such a nice job with my car so I brought in my other car and had him touch up the sun-weathered paint damage. Now it looks new again.
