This is the best smog place I've been so far. Ed checked all my tires pressure, including the spare, filed them up, told me which gas stations are best for smog checks, and told me about anything else he saw that needed attention on my car for free. Don't worry he isn't trying to sell anything he's just a genuinely good guy

Knowing that I needed a SMOG on my car, made me uneasy because I was expecting having to research SMOG companies and price checking. But when I talked to Ed over the phone. I cannot believe that it was so easy! As soon as I called him, he knew what I needed to bring with me and set me up for an appointment. He is very friendly and very professional. When I arrived for my appointment, he got me in and out in 20 minutes. Also, being a AAA member, I did not know that I could just take my paperwork to AAA and they could give me my tags right there. He let me know that I could do that which is great because my registration is already expired. I definitely recommend this company to any of my friends and family!

I don't have a lot of needs for a smog check place, but Auto Park Smog made me feel comfortable. The price was clear on the wall, and Ed was friendly and personable, and answered my questions well. I am new to the area and choose this station by reading the reviews and have to agree with all the remarks. When I took my 2006 Scion TC to have it smogged it was easy and the gentlemen who took care of me was so kind to go beyond his job and stated the air in my tires were off and he had put the proper air in them. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Recommend his service to anyone and did pass the word on to were I titled my car as she asked and I happily gave her his address and number.

A recent forced change of location (now on the corner of Industrial and Market in the industrial area of Escondido) but Mr. Ed is still the one I trust to smog all of our vehicles. He was recommended to me by my mechanic’s shop Hawthorne Tire & Auto, and this is where we come consistently. The prices are reasonable. Appointments are encouraged but walk-ins are ok too. If you are getting an RV smog checked, he may recommend you coming later in the day as he has limited parking. If your phone call doesn’t get answered right away, call back. He’s mostly a one-man show but you’ll be treated with kindness and respect, like the good ‘ol days!
