From my initial inquiry about the cost of an oil change service for my Honda CRV I was treated with white glove service. I had received a referral from a family member and it was a great referral. Scheduled an appointment and was told it would be a 30 min process and was provided a quote. I arrived a few minutes early to be sure I was on time. I found an AC cool waiting room with water, coffee, and soda as well as comfortable seating with the option to use their internet and Flat Screen TV if I desired. 30 minutes later my service was complete, I paid the price they quoted and out the door I went to return to work. I’ll be back because it was an all around awesome experience.

There was a strange noise in my car, so I went to CALI CAR CARE. They replaced the front control arms, but after the replacement, the noise didn’t go away, and Alexander said he didn’t understand the cause. I then went to the official dealer, Premier Chevrolet Carlsbad, where they replaced the left and right drive shafts, and after that, the noise disappeared. I informed Alexander that he had replaced the wrong parts, but he refused to refund my money and called me a bad customer. I have never experienced worse customer service anywhere in America. Alexander is a terrible specialist, I highly do not recommend him!

Alexander and his team did a great job fixing the oil leak in my Mazda at a much lower cost - he charged me 3 times less than dealership quoted for the same type of repair! He is very honest and uses practical and conservative approach. In addition, they fixed the scratches on the bumper for free! Very pleased with their services and highly recommend!

We got an estimate from a different car mechanic saying that we had to pay $1400 to get control arm and ball joint replaced. Because it was cracked and leaking. We brought it to Cali Car Care and the owner looked at it and showed my boyfriend that it was a hairline fracture with very minimal leakage. He stated we have at least another year before it needs to be replaced. He will look at it again in 6 months. Cali Car Care won our trust and our service for life!! Thank you!!
