Over the last few years, we have had the need for body repair on our Lexus RX350 and Rav4. The work on both vehicles was done flawlessly by the Toyota of Escondido Collision Center. The paint on each vehicle is the pearl white and even years later, cannot be distinguished from the original factory paint which is holding up like new. In addition to the wonderful paint work, the body work was perfect. Yesterday, in a dark underground parking garage I got close enough to a pillar to scratch up the rear passenger door. When I took the Rav4 to the collision center, the very kind rep Erica, quickly looked at the damage, said "I think we can buff this out" and 10 minutes later brought the vehicle out looking just like new. That's my idea of awesome customer service.

My Sequoia was damaged last year and I took it here to be repaired. I am extremely pleased with the final result and cleanliness of the repair. My SUV looks just like knew. They gave me a quote and stuck to the price, gotta love it! They were all very communicative and kept on schedule. If you ever find yourself in need of a collision center look no further!

Want to give a major shoutout to Erica Lopez! I was in an accident and had to do a weekend drop off at the lot, and from that first Monday on, Erica's M.O. was communication! She explained everything to me, answered any and all questions, and kept me up to date about timelines, even when insurance didn't. She was also incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and she personally went above and beyond to ensure my truck was repaired to an even better state than I left it in. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my truck here ever again, especially if Erica is working!

I normally do not give reviews but this time I do. I have been used Toyota of Escondido Collision Center at least times in the past ten or so. I never received a courtesy call regarding the status of my vehicles. I have to call and check with them even though I made schedule to drop off my car. My car had been sitting idle past due the expected time, they had never call to let me know. I have to say that they customers services is so poor. If there is next time, is not event worth to bother them.

Upon picking up my SUV after having front bumper replaced. I noticed huge scratch across the front of the hood and scratches throughout the vehicle. I was devastated. When I dropped my vehicle off I ensured that it was cleaned for the check in inspection. During the walk around inspection the representative noted one scratch on the bumper. She stated that I would be contacted after the vehicle was cleaned if they located more scratches. I interrupted her and explained my vehicle is already cleaned and it does not have any additional scratches I briefed her on the meticulous care of my vehicle. I personally hand wash my vehicle and that my SUV still has new paint appearance. The representative and I walked around the vehicle 3x's. I signed off on the paperwork that noted one scratch. The representative also told me that my vehicle would not be detailed (waxed) I was in agreement. When I picked up my vehicle it was covered with new scratches and heavy wax throughout. Please contact me if you've had a similar incident. Toyota of Escondido Collision Center needs to accept accountability for their actions. I highly discourage anyone from doing business with Toyota Escondido Collision Center. There are more professional places. Do your research.

Front quarter panel and some internal damage, such as radiator mounts and light supports. Insurance estimated $2K, which was all the visible damage. Toyota Collision took a while to repair, but found all the things that others may have overlooked. Really appreciate their attention to detail and they found many things that probably would have been overlooked by others rushing to get job done. I appreciate that they took their time to find everything that needed to be repaired. They washed and cleaned, I think even the interior, the entire truck. It looks beautiful It even has a full tank of gas. I don't know if I filled up before bringing it to them, but I don't think that I did. Probably the best car repair experience I have ever had. Oh, they are also very considerate when calling to check on progress. Very polite and professional.

Service advisor assigned at the Escondido Toyota collision center what I consider a jerk. No status on the repair had to call for status and be sides that probably purposely delayed the repair. Requested things and said will provide but no outcome and stated will call, no outcome. “Smiling Faces Sometimes” as song portray. Perception of a nice person but truly not. This person representing your company and in need to be history. Would I do business again or recommend this shop? maybe, only after changes are made.

They went above and beyond to fix my car. The other party's insurance was dragging their feet with sending out an appraiser for the supplemental repairs for my vehicle and they followed through to hound the company until they got the approval for the repairs I needed. They provided me a courtesy shuttle from the rental company I was using as well.

I’m extremely pleased with the work I recently had done at the Toyota Escondido collision center for my front bumper of my 2022 Toyota Corolla hatchback. While I encountered some difficulties with my insurance provider, Erica, who works at the Toyota Escondido collision center, was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She kept me informed about every update regarding my car. If it weren’t for her, I would still be waiting for my car due to insurance issues. Erica and her team did an amazing job on my car

Come here if you want above and beyond service and repairs for your Toyota. I was recommended by my family to come to this Toyota Collision Center after the bumper on my parked car was hit by someone who was trying to parallel park. The staff at this center was very friendly, helpful, professional and fast. I came in without an appointment (that was my bad) but they still came to my aid that very same day. I have never been in an incident where I've had to have repairs done and deal with insurance companies. With the team at the Toyota of Escondido Collision Center, they handled everything with the insurance for the guy who hit me which made it completely stress and hassle free. When I brought my car in for the repairs, it was done within less than a week and they made it look as if nothing ever happened to my bumper. To add on that white glove service, they even detailed my car (inside and out). I was very impressed and pleased with the work done here. I will be recommending my friends and family to come here for all their collision repair needs.

From start to finish, TECC was very professional and courteous. When I took the car in, they were up front and set the expectation on when the car might be done. There was one hold up on the insurance, however, they called me and let me know that it was on hold, but quickly resolved. There was very little guessing due to the frequent email updates on the status of my car. When the car was done, one of the managers came out with me to show me what was done and gave me tips on how to keep the finish of the whole car shiny and looking new. It is a 5 star place and would recommend that at any time.

In continuation of my previous post and response i receive from my review. I attempted to call eleven minutes after I received my review response to find this location, not open on saturdays and you cannot leave a voicemail. In addition, I noticed that the toyota tacoma badges where installed on my truck after I spent several hours removing all badges some time ago. I did not authorize any new emblems to be put back onto my vehicle. Here are two photos of the new badges ( notice no chipping marks around window) And the third photo is my toyota, with no emblems and the chipping around the windows.

I took my car to this Toyota Collision Center for repairs and I couldn’t be happier. The process was simple and very transparent from start to finish. I chose this location over other certified Toyota collision centers in the area, even though it was the furthest from me, because their communication and handling of my inquiry was much more professional. Alex handled my car from the moment I called until the repair was completed. He was professional, always available, very responsive, and followed up on every call and email. The whole experience was easy and stress free. I highly recommend this center for any repairs.
