It's quite amusing that when we initially brought the car in, no one mentioned that the fan wasn’t working. A week later, I received a call stating the fan was broken, and that it would cost an additional $250 to fix it. Then, in the middle of the week, I was contacted again about more issues arising, leading to another request for extra money 500 dollars to be exact I would never recommend this place again and would be a police report for this matter

There is no words to describe how awesome this place is. The pricing is good. The work by far is excellent. The customer service is top notch. I literally go into this place sad because my truck needs the doctor, but once I'm in there, I know everything is going to be okay and all my stress leaves. This place treats your vehicle like your baby and treats you like you actually have a valid concern. That makes them number one in my book and it's nice that they're so honest because I don't know anything about mechanics. If if you have ever been messed over by mechanics in this area and you are fed up and scared to see another mechanic.... this place on schedule is the place to change your mind. Customer service is so welcoming that you want to just hang out with them all day and be their best friends. It's nice to know we have a great place like this in Escondido.

I am giving OnSchedule repair shop a 5 star rating because this is the best repair shop I have ever been to. I have lived in San Diego for 30 years and have tried multiple repair shops and this by far is the best, the most honest, and the best prices in San Diego county. This repair shop goes above and beyond their job. During the repair of my vehicle, they kept me posted as to the status of my repair and the pricing, if there is any change. They have a nice repair shop and front desk area with a clean lobby. They also have the front desk operator whose name is Tee. She did a great job as well, made me feel comfortable and showed me in detail everything they did to my vehicle when I picked it up, and I even got a one year warranty for the repair today. I recommend this shop to my friends, family and I’ll always come back here… Stan

They're not the shop trying to over sell you, they fix the issue you come in for. I've had a few friends come here and was recommended. They are so sweet, diligent, and provide fair pricing on services! I love the work that they have done, and I appreciate the information and advice given about caring for my car. They have even seen me same-day during times when I've let me car get pretty bad to the point that I had to go in urgently. They didn't need to do that, but were kind enough to. I highly recommend getting your car serviced here! :)

Went n to get my wife’s car front end struts replaced and tee father noticed that my brakes needed to be replaced and we got that done it was a fast and friendly service and the only thing that took long was waiting for the parts guy but other than that I would recommend everyone to get on schedule a chance to see how they do work professionally get your car rite I will be going back when needed thank you tee and your dad for your help

Ken and his team did an excellent job replacing the front ball bearings, brakes, and transmission fluid for my 2006 F150. The service is excellent, and the price is low compared to other shops. We LOVE On Schedule and trust them with all our cars. We've been coming here for years, bringing all our old and cranky cars and they always take care of us. There have been many times where they have provided checks or inspections at no charge and will tell us honestly if things are wrong or are NOT wrong, which is so important in a mechanic. We trust them, they are quick and friendly with service and we have 0 complaints.
