So somebody slashed two of my tires and I got my car towed home. Then I took the tires off myself and I took them over to Shorty's he put the new tires on for me mounted balanced it was about 120 bucks. That part of it was fine and good. Then I took my car over there later because I needed to change one more tire. They changed the tire for me. And then when they put the new one on he grabbed the tire and he shook it violently and was like oh look there's a lot of play this is not good. So he's told me wait for like 45 minutes when they could do something about it he said either it's a ball bearing or they can fix it for cheap for 25 bucks for me. The problem turned out to be that the person that put the tire back on didn't tighten the lug nuts properly. And so he basically armed me for $25. Wouldn't let me take my car out without paying 25 bucks for the guy to tighten the lug nuts when it was their own incompetency in the beginning that created the problem.

Absolutely amazing people and work! Right from the beginning of arriving all men were super nice and helpful! My AAA Agent that came to help with my tire recommended i come here as it’s a mom & pop shop and won’t have outrageous “weekend” prices! My first time dealing with this issue and as soon as I arrived, they ALL helped me find the screws needed for my tire. They found it instead of me 😂 patched up my tire and leveled the rest and made sure they all worked as well! Truly the sweetest group of guys, recommending everyone come here!

Raul and his team did an amazing job on my BMW X5. They replaced 4 tires quickly! Quality Control was in place all through the process. Raul saw a small crack on my rim and brought this to my attention. Highly recommended place to replace your tires and I will surely go there again!!

Disappointed for 2 reasons. 1. I called ahead to make sure they had my tire and was told it was $25 a tire. When I arrived I was told it was $45 a tire. Could have been my error as I might have missed heard over the phone. 2. They charge 4% to use a credit or debit card. This is also a personal problem I face all the time. Cash is going away and we all use credit card most of the time. This should not be passed on to the customer. Raise your price on tires if the processing fee is hurting your profit. Satisfied for 1 reason. 1. The staff was happy and helpful and the owner explained why the tire was $45. Looks like a good quality used tire.
