If you want your AC fixed DONT go here!!they said they did a diagnostic test and fixed my AC and it went out a few days later they had me take it back in for another diagnostic test and said they didn’t see the other hose that was cracked and quoted me another 1500 this place is a scam!!!

Just got a notice saying we haven't seen you in a long time. Some generic generated text. But it got me thinking why we haven't been back. We had a good relationship, I thought, and we trusted our mechanic. So when or Toyota FJ Cruiser had a problem, a big problem, of course we took it there. Things changed, not in a good way. I can't remember what exactly was wrong, I know it jumped time and got worse from there. I remember getting a phone and okaying some additional work but didn't expect what eventually happened. When I went to pick it up I was told they couldn't fix it. That we needed a new engine. The worst part is that after that I was handed a bill for just why if 3000 dollars. Now this is before Covid, so today's price would be closer to 6000 dollars. It might as well should have been a million. It was a huge amount of money for us. I didn't know what to say, I think I was in shock. We had to finance most of it and the car is still broken in our driveway almost 5 years later. I remember asking if we got a motor for it could they possibly put it in for us and he told me 3000. But the answer I was looking for. Left and have never been back. Very unfair if you ask me. I still can't believe we paid that much for nothing.

Absolutely the best shop in Fresno hands down. I went to three others and won't ever go anywhere else now. They rebuilt the top end of my engine and did some major work that would have cost me twice as much where I was going before. They're very communicative, so you are never left wondering what is going on with your repair. I take an 06 mini cooper in and they are always able to source parts within my budget when we need something particular. My roommate takes a Hyundai Veloster in and has had a lot of work done as well and is always satisfied.

I've been going to CT Auto, Farley, for many years now. This auto shop does great work, they have proven to be knowledgeable and very trusting in what they do. They explain everything to you and most importantly they listen to you and try to figure out what you are hearing or feeling that is wrong with your car, instead of doing useless work on your car and costing you money. If I could give Zero star I would this place is horrible they charge you $175 every time for a car diagnostic and they don't fixed the problem what's wrong with you're car I wasted $4100 to get my timing chain fixed but now since they work on my car I have coolant mixing with the oil now If you guys don't want to buy an entire new car do not go to this place!!!!!! Farley is the person that work on my car and now it's all mess up.
