Ron went above and beyond in working with the insurance company to make sure the highest grade of replacement parts were used. We are very pleased with the work that was performed and are thankful for the great service we received!

I liked a 2021 RAV4 XLE car online with only 63k miles and no accident history on CARFAX report, so went there in person to buy it. I asked if they take credit cards. They agreed and I gave the deposit and told them I’ll be back tomorrow morning to complete the purchase. Next day I called from Bloomington and found out that they take CC for limited amount only and I should have make an appointment. They didn’t mention any of these yesterday. I was frustrated! I was waiting in the parking lot I told him that I’ll be back next day. Sales person had plans w his family next day so I offered that I’ll be there a day after that. I told them that I was driving a rental car but didn’t seem like they cared! Well, I went there Thu and completed the paper wk. We showed him three chips on windshield on day one. He claimed to get all repaired when I went to pick up the car. Next day I went again to get the receipt copy showing all fixed. It had only one chip mentioned! I called glass company and they said they fixed only one. Now I left my car to the dealer again to get other chips fixed which apparently turned into big cracks while fixing the chip. This time they gave me courtesy car to drive until they change the windshield. Today I picked up my car hoping there won’t be anymore problems but… after driving it for 20ish min I see funny signs popping up like cruise control malfunction, headlights malfunction, pre-collision system malfunction and blah blah, plus my gas tank pin that shows of the tank is empty or full, isn’t working anymore! I haven’t been able to drive my close to 30k car for 3 hours and already seeing all kinda problems!

A recent experience. Wait time to get an estimate while sitting in waiting area was over 1/2 hour. The waiting area smells like a sewer and I have to leave and be outside… good thing it wasn’t a cold day. The supervisor made notes without actually looking at damage I pointed out. After I heard back from my insurance and called Curry the estimator was always at lunch or somewhere else and it took 4 days to actually get them on the phone… and then in our conversation her brought up insurance fraud…. Maybe thats something he did before to have brought it up to me or maybe because I'm a black woman by myself…. His suggestion was improper and I reported it to my insurance company. I would give a zero star but thats not an option so I gave 1 star.

Took my car in to have paint chips in the hood fixed. When I went to pick up my vehicle after two weeks I noticed a couple chips still in the hood. I brought it their attention immediately. They contacted my insurance and claimed it was from something else which would make me have to file another claim for them, when they just didn't complete the job properly, initially. I paid a deductible and the job wasn't completed all the way in the end. Total insurance scam

Based off of recommendations from people I trust, I chose Curry to repair my vehicle after someone backed into the side of my car. It took a while to get in, due to the number of repairs they had, but it was worth the wait. My car looks great, with no indication it was ever damaged. I had a good customer experience from the friendly staff.

Used Curry at the suggestion of my insurance company to get front body work done. The staff were all extremely friendly and easy to work with. They kept me and my insurance company in the loop throughout the whole process, giving me honest updates when there were parts on delay or backorder, and even discovering additional necessary repairs that insurance did not originally notice. My car honestly looks like new off the showroom floor again, I couldn't be happier with the quality of work they provided. Despite the longer than expected timeline because of how busy the shop was, I would gladly use Curry again. They are well worth it!

This place is joke and over estimates the price of repairs too rob their "customers"! Took my car in at the beginning of the month, not only did it take them more than 2 weeks to give me an estimate. They estimated that it would be over $500.00 more than what it actually was. Bought the car back from Insurance and they said any repair shop would do the work, Curry refused to even touch it when I called about getting it fixed. When I went to retrieve my vehicle AFTER buying it back from the Insurance company, Curry Collision Center said I owed them $145.00 because they spent 2 hours taking the front bumper off. All I had asked them to do was give me an estimate. -5 star review in my book, would NOT recommend this place as a good repair shop!

MUST READ: I used Curry May 2025. The repair was fine BUT there was extensive damage done to my steering wheel and interior. My windows came back scratched and chipped at the top where you wouldn’t be able to see it with the windows rolled up. When I brought it up the damage when I received my car, I was told that I was crazy, and that the SEVEN defects I had mentioned were ALL there prior to me dropping off the car. I have driven my car for years and know that none of those things were there before dropping off my car. If you are looking to avoid damage to your car and being told that you’re crazy, avoid this center at ALL COSTS. I used this center because I was hit, and the other person’s insurance only covered this center. If I had known I would receive my car back with so many damaged things, I would have received an estimate and taken my car to a different repair shop. Only use curry if it is your absolute last resort.

This Place is a joke .....The Body shop Curry collision center were the ones to fix my car, they did not color match my car and you can see the color difference on my front clip, also did not blend to make it not noticeable. and replaced AC parts now my AC doesn't work. and did before they touched it, they are saying they my condenser is bad along with my turbo funny they both worked fine before they touched them. This is the service center .they called me to replaced my water pump under warranty but wanted to charge me 150 for the thermostat housing and replace the radiator hoses that got coolant on them. for over 500 dollars when I said no the they replaced them under warranty . Now my car does not run right al all. After all this they are not going to make it right . I myself will never go there. nd will let everyone know its a bad place to deal with along with talking to the BBB, I honesty could have took my car to a shade tree body shop and got nicer job by far. FYI steer clear of this place. if the cant charge you for more they will definitely ruin your car : body , paint and running for sure. not even the same front nose piece on the car.

We had an accident in January and this location came suggested by our insurance company. Once scheduled, they took great care of us. Repaired the initial damage as well as the additional unseen damage. They kept us updated about what was going and the updated repair time. Once complete, out car looked like new. Will definitely return if body work is needed again in the future.
