Stopped in Saturday to buy a replacement bulb for my car . Told the cashier my type of car and that I needed a bulb for my bright lights . Turns out she had sold me the wrong bulb so I stopped in yesterday after I got off work the cashier acted as if me returning the bulb was a utter inconvenience not only that he was extremely rude the whole time I was in the store.. made the comment to his coworker that I didn’t know what I needed that he had to look it up like it was such a hassle ( when I clearly told the cashier the previous day what I needed I never asked for a halogen bulb but needless to say I took a picture of the headlight so there wouldn’t be anymore confusion before I even went in the store ) was rude during the whole refund process then acted like I had wasted his time when I informed him that I couldn’t buy the correct bulb until the refund cleared on my side . I’m sorry u work in customer service there was no need to have an attitude with me or act like I was a huge inconvience. Next time I’ll go to o Riley or even Walmart before I go back to advance

Terrible customer service. Parts are always around 1-2 hours late. Compared to other parts store there is no communication when parts have arrived or that they have been delayed. Would no recommend. Orileys I will say has never let me down.

Went in to have my mothers battery and alternator tested after having a dead battery. I was greeted immediately upon walking in. The gentleman came right out and tested everything and even gave some sound advice on something different he noted that she should get looked at! This location I was met with employees that were fast, knowledgeable and polite. Recommend!

Asked the counter lady 3 separate times for help finding an item. She pointed at an aisle without a work. I didn't find it in the aisle, she then insisted it was in the aisle and she would show me. She walked me to the aisle and then walked away without a word about the item. I asked if she could look it up to help me find a rain/smokers gaurd for my windows and she told me to "maybe just check the back wall?" I didn't find it on the back wall either and instead of having to beg for them to help me I left. Customer service just isn't a priority here if this is casually allowed.

Rude customer service by the older guy. I was told you don't take back electronics that have been put of the car. He talked down to.me like I was an idiot for not knowing that. Customers should be told before purchasing something that it can't be returned once put on the vehicle. Keep in mind that was recommended by your people as a possible issue. I wouldn't be upset if I knew before buying. That's a buyer beware issue. It always takes super long to even get anything there. Don't even try calling in because they'll never have it ready. You got four people working there however only one person's running the check out. With six people in line waiting. Then when you go to show up and pick up something that you called in they don't even have it ready. Then you're waiting in mind the whole time to actually find out that they haven't even got your stuff yet.

Every time I go in they take such good care of me. I had gotten the wrong windshield wipers that another store had recommended for my car, and went there to see if they had the kind I needed. They found them no problem and showed us how to install them properly. One of them came loose in a severe storm and I lost it, and since it was still under warranty, they replaced it for free and installed it for me. These folx are kind, patient, and know what they're doing.

The store manager, Johnny, helped us with the battery check, finding a new battery, and even installed the new battery for us with no charge in less than an hour. I jumped my car and headed up the road, called advance and the manager came out and spent around 45 minutes installing the battery. He went way over and beyond to help, and this will be my go to auto parts store from now on. Very much appreciate the help. 5.5 stars

Friday 130pm. Jan 9. Younger associate was in parking lot helping another customer. The older gentleman with long grey hair and beard completely ignored myself and another customer. I waited for 5 minutes and then walked out. The younger associate was apologetic as I was leaving. But his co worker had no interest in helping or acknowledging customers.

Been having car troubles for multiple days. Different stores told me different things were wrong. Came to the conclusion I only needed a new battery. Autozone told me they couldn’t change my battery because of the type of car I drive. Went down the road to Advance, and Johnny was eager to help me. Took him 25 minutes to take out the old battery and install the new one. Went above and beyond to help me, and I am so thankful! This is the place to go, and Johnny is the guy to see!

I recently bought an older Mini Cooper for my wife and needed to replace the battery. After I bought a battery from Advance and replaced it, I realized that I needed a BimmerLink to register the new battery to car's computer. I returned to Advance the same day and Kyler, who sold me the battery, happily came outside and used a diagnostic tool to register the battery. Thank you, Kyler! Great service!
