Let me start off by saying that I rarely write reviews. It’s one of those things I say I’ll do, but I never get around to it. This review is one I can’t postpone. My experience with this company is by far the most impactful I’ve ever had. My brother and I drove from Texas to Nashville and along the way our 20ft trailer lost a wheel in Memphis. We were in the worst part of town and we couldn’t get a tow truck out to get us in the middle of the night. We tried to fix it, but the spindle was busted, so we camped out in our truck to protect our trailer and $50,000 of inventory(shoes) we had on it. We were prepared to ship everything back to Texas and return home with our tail between our legs until the people at Fox Plaza Auto Care recommended we go to Custom Spring & Trailer. When we got there we informed them of our situation and they jumped right up at the opportunity to give us a helping hand. A couple hundred dollars and two hours later we were Nashville bound. They saved us big time!!! If Google had a sixth star to rate businesses for Godly acts Custom Spring & Trailer would have earned it today! We were on a cross country trip when we lost the dust cap on one of the wheel bearings on our travel trailer. This caused the bearings and the electric brakes to be destroyed and ruined the axle spindle. After many calls to find parts and repair, we were finally directed to Custom Spring. They had all the parts that we needed and were able to replace the spindle on the axle in one day allowing us to continue our trip. Incredible service! Thanks to John for all his help and expertise. Was recommended to me by a friend and they did not disappoint. They fixed my tandem axel boat trailer in 2 days. (New hubes, springs, shackles, bushings and a spindle repair) You cant beat the quick turnaround and quality of work. On top of that, my trailer light wires were hanging and they reconnected them all for me. Super nice people and A plus service. Will drive up from Oxford to have them work on any of my trailers from now on.

Extremely Disappointed – Rude and Unprofessional Service I seldom provide negative reviews; however, my recent experience at this establishment was disappointing. The primary service technician, who claimed to have over 40 years of experience, was not only unhelpful but also exhibited a discourteous demeanor. From the moment I arrived, I was confronted with a dismissive attitude and a complete lack of effort to assist or resolve my issue. It appeared that my presence was viewed as an inconvenience to the staff. Customer service is supposed to be about helping people, not making them feel unwelcome or like a burden. I expected basic courtesy and respect, and unfortunately, I received neither. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone who values being treated with decency.

I’ve also brought a few of my work trailers in just for a once over on the suspension every few years even though I’m not showing problems I am trying to avoid them. What a life saver. They got us back on the road in 20 minutes. We have a bumpy tale to tell. We were on our way from Texas to Indiana. We hit some really bumpy roads between Little Rock and Memphis. When we got to our stopping point we noticed that a shackle on our fifth wheels equalizer was broken. After calling a dozen shops and either getting nowhere or being told we were 2 weeks out.
