Great customer service and great prices. I had some overheating issues and even though they were booked up for 2 weeks they were able to get it fixed within 24 hours which was great because sharing 1 car with 2 people and 3 kids was difficult. They allowed us to bring in the brakes and just did the work. I would go back to them again in the future

Communication was not clear, all invoices were not provided to car warranty company. I was told that I’d only have to pay a few hundred towards the approved cost of repairs of my vehicle, of course when they went to begin repair I was told the work was more extensive and that my warranty company would not cover any additional repair costs. So instead of me being able to choose between a few hundred I had to pay over $600 to get my car back with NO REPAIRS DONE! I’m frustrated because i feel like I was not given a choice on my out of pocket expenses. Not only did they keep my car for almost 1 whole month I had to pay them $600 for basically nothing. Plus my warranty company has no record of the latest invoice. For that reason 1 out of 5 stars & would not recommend.

The best thing I did for my car and my wallet. I went in and got car within 5 days plus worked with a financing company thru Cutt Loose Auto 3 minute process super easy even if u have bad credit they will still help u out .. so if u have a car issue and u need to take to shop go here. 9 times out 10 you will be able to get approved for the loan to have the car once it's fixed and ready for u to come pick up .. you will thank me later. .. 😊

It irritates me when a business owner, their friends or their family post reviews for a business. So full disclosure, I am friends with the owners. That being said, I haven't always known them. I met them as a customer of their shop. I kept going back because of the service and pricing. Over time, we became friends. The fact that, a person who is extremely cheap (frugal is too polite of a term for me) went back after the first time going there, speaks volumes about cost. I have been in the car business, have owned 2 used car lots, and I KNOW what things cost. Their prices are VERY fair. The fact that I consider them to be friends shows a lot about their customer service and their ethics. Yes, I owned 2 used car lots in the past, so that may qualify me to some as being unethical myself, but I believe in Karma and I like being able to sleep at night. I don't hang out with trash, these are good people. I would, and have, recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Once again these guys never disappoint! Chevy told us we needed a battery and a new starter for our 2021 and tried charging $1200. We had our truck towed to Cutt Loose, it was just a fuse that blew! I’ll always choose CUTT LOOSE. Thank you guys you’re the best! Saved us money and time!

Took my car to get it recalibrated with intoxilock, not knowing that the charge was going to be double the price of what the other shop recalibrated for. It was supposed to be only 25.00 but the lady charge me 40.00 at this place. And what makes it more mess up was when she just type in any price number on the little device she had. What a rip off. Don’t go here.
