Wow ! I was super impressed with the customer service 👏 they treated us with manners. Had my Jeep Grand Cherokee go in for exhaust work , I told Alonso what I wanted done he said I can do something better and explained the reason for that and did a custom cat-back for the truck that included 2 exhaust tips , an X pipe with 3 inch pipe going to the rear exhaust tips , front X pipe 2 1/2 going to the converter pipes , Amazing sound and work from the team at CV Auto repair would definitely recommend to anyone!

I was referred to this place by another mechanic. I advised that the problem was the Engine Power speed was reduced etc..Javier said he could do the work so that It will work properly. I paid over 1K and once I got the truck back it drove better about 2-3 days then the same problem resumed. When asked Javier he said I would need to pay more money to make it drive better. My thing is why even take my money in the first place and not do the work that needs to be done the first time… We went back and forth with a middle man and he didn’t even try to make this right just advise of how much more money will be needed.

I came to check my car at muffler system because it had a leak and was the flexible, not bad the price compared to other places prior I went to another shop did the same but smaller flexible and paid $180+tax and don’t last really. Stoped by CV Auto to have an exhaust tip put on my truck, they had an interesting stock of exhaust tips for me to pick from and made sure I was on board of the look fit and finish, I was happy they prioritized my personal taste of it being understated but exactly to my liking. I Normally Wouldn’t Google an Auto shop for Certain things, I’ll just Stick with Who I know and have been to in the Past But, In This Case I’m Sooooo Glad I did.. This Place is Amazing. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received! As an unknowing woman I had NO IDEA what was wrong with my car but I know it sounded terrible. The mechanics went out of their way to explain what was wrong with my muffler and showed me all my options without any pressure. They finished the job the same day within minutes actually and my car is running quietly again. Super friendly staff and great workmanship! Highly recommend. For reference, I have a 2008 ford escape. Javier is a real professional! He and his team did the necessary research to find my cars problem and fix it. Their due diligence helped me pass my emissions test. No other mechanics could find the issue. I was in a time crunch and the pros at CV Auto buckled down and met the deadline. Javier also did the work for very fair price! This place is great! My main concern was being up charged but they gave me a very reasonable price for parts and labor. My car needed multiple repairs and they let me know what was urgent and what could hold off for now. The inspection also gets credited! All the staff was super nice and helpful, from the office to the back workers. I definitely recommend this establishment!
