Outstanding family business with truly honest folks. I asked about seat heaters while I was there, but since i have seat covers, they revealed that the heaters would not be very effective. I recently took my 2022 Subaru BRZ there to get tinted cause it has been a some what reputable shop so far from the experiences I’ve heard but when I received my car back from getting tint applied on every window the windshield tint was rattling off the dash driving me crazy and then the top started to peel off my guess was there wasn’t enough solution applied to the tint while applying it but I have them the benefit of the doubt to fix it and I left a note specifically point out each of my issues with the tint and that I would just like it removed and a new sheet re-applied and all they did was put tape over the edges and didn’t do anything about the tint coming off rattling on the dash★☆☆☆☆ 2 years ago

Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. My boyfriend went up to get his previous remote start looked at because it was no longer working. They told him it was fried and that he would need to get it replaced. When they gave us the quote to replace it, they didn’t say anything about it being a different brand or type of remote start. Shortly after, we called back to ask if they had other kinds of remote start that they installed. They told us that they only worked with 1 particular type, ( which was not the remote start they gave us a quote for) so then asked about the estimate they gave us previously and the man on the phone started getting rude and yelling at us on the phone. It was ridiculous, I truly don’t understand why asking a simple question caused the man on the phone to react in such an unprofessional manner.★☆☆☆☆ 3 years ago

Very unprofessional took my car up there to have my remote start looked at they said they could replace it. And when I tried to make an appointment they told me it had to be a different remote start and started yelling at me over the phone because they didn’t specify that they were going to put a different brand of remote start into my car.
