I specifically asked (Andy) to NOT move my seat & mirrors! Unfortunately I have to travel all the way to Boardman due to them (Firestone) shuttin down the 1 in Hermitage! It could be a LOT warmer in the place & have a regular TV! Only 1 old video to watch. However.. Andy was a decently nice guy! Fist time at this location so, we will see...

Liars..... Stopped in to get a tire repair. On the wall was a QR code that said leave us a review and get $10 off your bill. So I left a nice review and when it was time to pay I showed the clerk the review. He thanked and said the bill was $27 plus. I said did you take the $10 off and he replied yes. He then said he was going to email me my receipt. So I get home and look at the receipt and he DID NOT give me the $10 off. He was a little short guy with a beard. I will be calling corporate in the morning. I will never go to Firestone again... They are a bunch of thieves.
