Got 4 tires. Best price and fast service. They did a front end alignment while waiting. I didn’t get to finish my game. Rich and his crew, run a tight ship, very clean grounds and super customer service. They took me in and left me with money in my pocket. Awesome group, awesome job, awesome price! Thanks guys! Called yesterday and talked to Rich. I told him I wanted to get my car in for an alignment sometime this week. He said they had an available appointment today that worked with my schedule. I was in and out with no problem and everyone was very nice. Would definitely return for services needed in the future.

received better tires than was supposed to, due to them ordering wrong tires. But they kept the price the same.👍👍👍👍 My only issue was a $17 charge that I paid, for the use of a credit card. I would have brought a check if I was told of this charge. Fast, friendly service. Will try their other services but will bring a check.

Westside Tire & Service performed a pre-purchase inspection for us while we were "across the line" from PA considering a used vehicle in Youngstown. They didn't know me from Adam, but they went way beyond what I was expecting for this service, and in the process found a number of significant defects that I would not have known to look for, and shared shop wisdom about this particular make and model that was very helpful in making our decision. Not to mention, they were just great people to talk to: super down-to-earth, friendly, and also clearly knowledgeable. I obviously won't be a regular since I'm out of town, but for those in the area, I would give this location serious consideration for your business.

Taylor at the front desk is super knowledgeable and helpful. The guys in the garage know their stuff and will diagnose your problem in no time. And you can tell Rich the owner cares about his clients and running his business properly. You can trust these guys. A dealership told me I needed struts. They told me it was just a sway bar link on each side and saved me over $700

Quick reliable service and they don't rip you off! Very fair pricing! Clean waiting area and very friendly staff. I'll go back without hesitation! 2/15/21 went back to them for new tires! I called and they said they could get me in quickly! I got there by 9 am and had 4 brand new tires, balanced and aligned and, was on my way by 10 am!! Price was less than I expected and got a great warranty, and tire rotation plan and road hazard protection!! Everyone that is very friendly helpful and professional!! I'll definitely highly recommend to everyone I know!!

Typical it is stressful for me to find a repair shop that is honest. loads of bad experiences. They are super friendly explain everything and for heavens sake HONEST. About 6 minths ago. They are also ask patty certified which I learned about today. For those that don't know it's safe place for women to be able to do business with mostly men and they promise to treat women with honesty and respect. My experience was fast, efficient and well-done. I had picked up a screw in my rear tire and it was nearly flat this morning. I called Westside Tire and they told me that I could bring the car in immediately which I did. They fixed the issue by patching the hole and had me out of there within about 30 minutes. Had my car towed to this shop recently. They called within a couple hours to let me know everything that was going on with it along with pricing. I was even offered a ride if needed. I opted out of a few things that could wait but I was happy with the service and how nice everyone was in the shop. I also realized they support a local dog rescue with a fundraiser! It's nice to see the community support. Are they the cheapest in the area....no, are they the most expensive...also no. I didn't feel taken advantage of or pressured to get anything I did not want. The work I asked for was completed quickly and from what I can tell, with quality! I will be back!

I'm only giving 5 stars because I can't give 4.5 but not 5 stars due to their prices. Otherwise, they are a great place! First, I have taken my car to them three times over the last year, and each time, they exceeded my expectations and created an environment in which I could understand what is wrong. They fixed the issue, and my car had complications related to the original issue that I had, and they fixed it for free! The salespeople at the front desk are amazing people! They are extremely nice, pleasant people and deserve massive raises!!!
