I arrived just after 8:30 in advance of them opening. Then a staffer arrived. A woman pulled up behind me in a gray sedan. When mechanic opened the garages and office, I stepped out to let him know I'm here for auto repair. He stayed in the garage. I'm like, it's early and he needs time to set up, fine. Entonces, la señora habla a el mecánico 🤔. Y ellos "ignored me".... 😑. You know what happened next. The mechanic took her car in put it on the lift and never looked back at me. La negrita solo. 😞 Es siempre el mismo con mecánicos como esté y mi. ☹️. Finalmente, cuando I stood by my car another Italian looking mechanic said good morning. Pregunto, ¿Trabajas aquí? He said, yes, I work here. He asked what's wrong with your car, I answered,Yo no sé I'm not a mechanic, that's why I'm here. 🙄 This is when I miss my brothers. GOD rest their souls. It's not fair, but this is 2022, times have changed.

I came with that LOL was driving like that for honestly about 3 months or maybe more nit finally I was like imma go see whats wrong.... yup a cracked and not even on the muffler I came in and it was a lol busy Thursday but I was able to get a REALLY good deal and the work done beautifully.

I always buy dealer parts and take them to Willie for car maintenance. He’s always honest, upfront, and does not take advantage of females. Make sure to go early because he’s always busy. Worth the wait.

I was stranded on the side of the road in NJ with a blown out tire. I tried replacing it, was just about there but I couldn’t get my wheel off because it was so cold and likely frozen. One of their employees was driving by and pulled off to the side of the road and helped me. Wish I had gotten his name. He gave me a card for this place but I live kinda far. But I wanted to give them a 5 star review because that level of kindness is so rare these days

Willie and crew are all great mechanics. Place is always busy bcuz the great work, attention to detail and pride they take in their work. Their prices are fair, honest and competitive. If you can make an appointment prepare to wait. Thats the only drawback. Too many people know how good of a place this is lol

It’s been over a month going on two and I have not received my vehicle back as yet. I took my vehicle in the beginning of November for inspection and get the catalyst replaced in order to pass the inspection. They haven’t been answering my calls or text. I even went yesterday and they said they would call and the car will be ready…yet still no vehicles and my calls aren’t being answered once again. This is horrible costumer service. They have been lying to me since November 16th and this is beyond ridiculous. This is the last time I will ever use them for services.

The owner is literally an angel on Earth. I have taken my car to him twice, and each time was a good experience. He is honest, and does timely efficient work. He really wants his customers to not be taken advantage of, especially the ones who are not very knowledgeable about cars like myself. He literally saved me hundreds of dollars in repairs if I would've spent elsewhere for a transmission issue. And even if he cannot fix the issue, he will refer to other places that are fair with pricing like him. Truly grateful to have found this place.

Loved it! My engine was trembling when I came. When I left, I was not trembling. The owner is a no-nonsense, straightforward individual. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time. Warning: try to come early. They have a large, loyal, client base.

This is the most unprofessional establishment I’ve ever been to. I’ve given them $1500 out of 1950 so they could install a new part for my motor. With the $1500 that I’ve already given I have absolutely no results nor do I have my car. I literally called this place 30 times a day FIVE DAYS IN A ROW for no one to answer the phone. Every time I speak to the owner, he asked me the same questions, like it’s the first time we’ve had a conversation. I decided to go to this place after reading all of the negative reviews, and Still after giving them the benefit of the doubt I have nothing to show for it. No car. no one answering the phone. No urgency no professionalism absolutely whatsoever. And to this day I still don’t have my car. I highly recommend you do not go to this place.
