Terrible terrible ford service center this. PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR YOUR CAR REPAIR, THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM. I went in for an engine light issue for my ford mustang and I was charged over 2000$ and a whole of of new equipment added to my car to increase costs with an unclear diagnoses and told most like due to “rodents” then in 2 weeks time my engine light comes on again and I was out of state by then and the service manager knew of this! Went to a ford service center here in Tennessee and they were genuine and correctly diagnoses the problem with the third cylinder of my car. Premier ford service center in Brooklyn is full of cheats, highly recommend don’t go to them unless you wanna be duped of a lot of money and nothing done to your car.

I was a little reluctant about trading in my 2014 Ford Explorer Xlt with what I put into it (TLC) added led fog lights on top facing front and back blue fog lights on the bottom kept my engine clean every 8 to 10 months new chunkeir tires that weren't even a month old and a added remote start, but Brian made it happen and im now driving a new 2025 Ford Explorer Active. Brian, Demo and the sales manager were very professional kind and determined. Great job.

Never again will I buy a car from this Ford dealership. They sold me a new, damaged car and refused to do anything about it. They wanted ten thousand more for the car than the price listed on their website. Never again will I deal with them.

In general, I was satisfied with the service. But. Why was the clerk who prepared the paperwork for releasing the vehicle and while typing was copying from the screen to his smartphone. I don't know what he was doing there. Is he also like many service personnel in the US who transfer personal information for a fee to marketing entities? It was strange to me.
