I was very pleasantly surprised to see him come so fast! I was late for an appointment when I found out my tire was flat. I called him as soon as I could. Even though Google maps gave him the wrong address and they wouldn’t allow me to give the correct color of my car… To my surprise, he found me he was done in 20 minutes and I was on my way, I Can’t thank him enough! So I had an issue with my car a few days ago where it wasn’t allowing me to drive it unless it was fixed. My car ended up stranded in a parking lot on a super rainy day. Luckily my husband and I were able to find this service. Not only did they give us a great price, they came out to us, got the job done within a couple hours, were kind, and even worked while it was literally pouring rain. I definitely will be using this service again in needed and highly recommended it to anyone who finds themselves stranded or is unable to move your car without towing. Thanks guys!

David arrived much sooner than I expected! And I am so grateful for that! He jump started my car and found that I had a loose cable and some corrosion on my battery so he took care of both of those items. He recommended I drive around for about 20 minutes to charge the battery and that did the trick! Saved me from buying a new battery!

Life saver! Five star. I'm not sure I could go another day without my car. So, my car battery died at my company parking lot. I tried calling roadside assistance through my insurance company. But, the only thing they did was try to jump start and told me it needs to be towed to another location. So, the next thing I did was call a family member but, they took all day to show up. So, I told them it was fine I look for someone else to do it. So, I look online and it was a endless loop. I almost gave up. It's very hard to find a mobile mechanic that will come to your location. It only took him 10 min to install and I was on my way home.

Had a great experience with the jump start service assistance today with D&B mobile mechanic. Ahead of time he offered me a good deal price for battery replacement if needed. He was very helpful and informative and honest. He explained to me what happened and gave honest advice - he said my battery was still good and just to keep an eye out for if it happens again, then I would want to replace it. He didn’t push to replace it just to sell when he knew it was still good.
