Tim was one of the nicest person I have come across. I went to him with a broken flex pipe (exhaust) , and in immediate need of help. He explained me the problem and told me what he would be doing. He was pretty reasonable for the job he did. I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice mechanic.

Nick and his team is AMAZING!!! Upfront, honest, reasonable dependable... I could go on! I called a few places to see about getting a vehicle I planned to purchase inspected; he was the only person willing to check out the codes free of charge while every other garage wanted anywhere from $49.99-$99.95 pre-purchase inspections. The work was done in a timely manner and every time he came acrossed something else in the process, I was updated and given options as well as the opportunity to decide which way I wanted to handle it. The service is always quick and efficient. Nick had me in and out faster than any "Juffy Lube". It is not a "boutique" service center; it's a place where work is done very competently and for a fair price. Family owned and operated. I highly recommend this location. <Update 9.15.2025> Everything I stated above still stands. In addition, the team is taking time to update and upgrade the waiting area. They are also expanding for additional servicing behind the building. While the evolution is ongoing, parking is a bit of a challenge. When I drop my car off for service, my wife waits for me at the Phillips 66 next door. If you do this, please take the time to top off your gas tank. It's the polite thing to do.

This was probably the best experience I've ever had with a car mechanic. They were fantastic. Called in the morning, had it back (fixed) by 3 pm. They were really friendly, not dismissive of me as a woman bringing my car in, they obviously are skilled, the pricing was very transparent (and not expensive), and they even claimed to have a good time working on my 25-year-old toyota. I never write reviews but I feel like I would be in a commercial for this shop.

They were quick, friendly, and extremely easy to deal with. Told them what the issue was. They gave me a quote fairly quickly, and they did the work in a reasonable time. Haven't had an issue with my car since. Best thing about them is they're willing to work with you and they won't break your bank account. They understand if you're low on funds and will do what they can to help you out.

Honest experts. They quoted me half of what everyone else did for my rear brakes, and did it overnight. They threw in new lugnuts because they noticed mine were bad. Go here if you want your car taken care of. I will bring everyone I know here for as long as I'm in South Bend. You can't find shops like these anymore.

Went for a crappy Jeep air suspension delete and replace it with the strutmaster suspension and it was done by next day. Did the alignment too. Would recommend for anyone looking for any sort of repair with very reasonable price and quickly.
