I Had a walk in appointment to install a pipe underneath and had to get a small portion welded.. The price was fair and the install time didn't take long at all.. I was happy to hear they do more than just mufflers but full servicing so I'll be coming back in the future. The car is super quiet now and my car is accelerating normally!! Was in store getting my vehicle serviced. When the owner had a problem with someone outside. And came in and very aggressively told a customer to take his key and leave. I have no idea what happened. But I definitely know this man wasn't involved. Except on the receiving end of a childish act. He needs to be careful who he talks to like that. Alot of people would have exploded yelling at him. I will not be coming back. The old owner NEVER would have treated someone like that. Ill be sure and let everyone is know what happened. Why do that in front of other customers?? Because you're a bad businessman.

Wanted over 60$ just to drive vehicle for inspection. Too many places do this for free. To pay that much for 10-15 minutes of time. Girl working desk was nice. Guy in back not sure who he is. But he was walking around with a chip on his shoulder. Customer service doesn't go far with a bad attitude.

Not friendly or understanding. I had a screw stuck in my license plate holder. All I needed them to do was drill the screw away for me. They quoted me for $60 and told me they were going on lunch but it was only 11am. Suggested me to leave my keys there and hopefully they’ll have it done today. I was so upset I took my car to someone with a drill and they drilled it away in literally 2 minutes. I watched them do it and all. Just out of generosity. This shop is ridiculous and just wanted a quick buck out of me! Really tried to rip me off because I’m a woman without tools. I will never recommend for any services when they couldn’t even get a screw out my door. Wouldn’t even give them 1 star!

They tell the truth ... when I slid into a snow bank nd my muffler got yanked off nd was dragging they could hav charged me the minimum hourly charge when they reconnected it nd wired it back up .. but let me kno it wasnt worth doin the extensive work involved bcz of all the rust. I bought them a pizza for lunch the next day instead. They are honest hard workers. Good people .. I luhv their energy!!

I brought my vehicle in for an exhaust inspection and the owner personally looked it over. He told me it would only take about 2 hours to fix, and since they had a cancellation, he was able to get it done right away. The work was done quickly and the quality is excellent—I’m very happy with the results. On top of that, everyone there was kind and professional. The owner even gave me a ride down the street so I could get back to work without being late, which really went above and beyond. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service and will definitely be back if I ever need work done again. Highly recommend!

Mike and his team is absolutely awesome and is my new go to repair shop. From the customer service to repair to pricing! Front desk representative was so sweet and kind!! I had an issue with my EPB system wiring and was in and out within 1 hour. No appointment, just walked in. Highly recommend them.
