A hidden GEM!! Fast, affordable, communicative and friendly. James, although slightly short on patience, is knowledgeable and explains things thoroughly. The work is done fast and done well at affordable prices - like, *actually* affordable. I called around to four other shops and D&E was sometimes hundreds less than others (thousands less than the dealership).

D&E was recommended by two close friends I trust so I took my Forester in to have my brakes checked before a trip to Arizona in January. Without an appointment they fit me in and charged me nothing for the inspection. When I insisted I wished to pay for the service I was told to bring the car in when I needed work in the future. Today I needed work on the AC and they quoted a fair price and completed the work promptly and professionally. They are genial and courteous and treated my wife and me like family. They have earned my trust and business.

Terrible. They fixed my car using junk parts, left the work half done and charged me full price as if parts were brand new. My door is two totally different colors and they did nothing to fix it after confronting. Sure they are fast but don’t do efficient work. 0/5 if I had the option.
