Quick, Friendly, and informative service. I was covered under warranty and they offered me a loaner vehicle while my Forester was being worked on. It has been a common issue for Subaru's where the EVAP leak detection pump fails to work properly.

I purchased our 2018 Subaru Forester through Dick Hannah. Chris has been our service representative the entire time; I specifically schedule the appointment to be with him. He does a fantastic job. He has always looked out for my interests. I have come to trust him implicitly. If something comes up that I don't have an answer for, I will drive to the dealership to speak to him directly; he has never let me down. My experience with Dick Hannah Subaru has been very good. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience with the service team at Suburu. I brought my car in for an elusive issue that was difficult to diagnose, and they went above and beyond to help. They provided me with a loaner car so I could continue with my daily routine while they worked on figuring out the problem, which was incredibly convenient. Their communication was excellent – they used a good mix of text messages and phone calls to keep me updated throughout the process. I really appreciated getting advice from technicians who are true Suburu experts and understand these vehicles inside and out. The team was professional and knowledgeable. I’d definitely recommend their service department to other Suburu owners. It’s clear they care about their customers and stand behind their work.

I had a great experience at Subaru in Vancouver, WA, especially thanks to Christopher Deitz. The customer service was excellent — everyone was very kind and professional, and I truly felt well taken care of from start to finish. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. I especially appreciated being taken first because I had a reservation, which made the whole visit even better. Overall, a very positive experience, and I will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience. Olivia was awesome. She took good care of me. She gave me an estimated time and let me know if I had any questions. I had my tire sensors replaced because they were faulty. I will recommend Subaru Service to everyone.

Our service writer Olivia was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we understood the services required as well as their costs. We felt very comfortable our car was getting what it needed without extra fluff.

Definitely not the cheapest place in town. You pay for a nice waiting room. And they are not the fastest either. But reliable and communicate pretty well. It's also located to shopping and dining within walking distance or they do have free car rentals if your vehicle needs to be there several hours.

I'm a give it 4 stars. We took in our 2024 Subaru soltera ev for a recall. They unfortunately had to wait for parts not the dealers fault. We ended up being Ina rental for 7.5 weeks. The adviser was great. My real only reason for 4 stars is we got it back with a 39%charge. Contacted the advisor who apologized and said she was under the impression the tech was going to charge it as well. I used to work at 3 different dealerships and each one always charged evs after service. I understand it's probably not a requirement thus only minus 1star.

Dick Hannah Subaru service center gets a bad rep. But in all honesty they provide a great service for you and your vehicle. I’ve worked with Tristen and Frank and they both extend a great kindness and service to make sure you’re comfortable and satisfied. Any kind of dissatisfaction is noticed. My recent visit I received a discount for waiting longer than usual. I appreciate the fact that they do go over every detail on your car to make sure everything runs smoothly. After all, if you drive a Subaru it is of the utmost importance that everything runs correctly on your Japanese motor vehicle.

Very direct, polite and informative from initial contact with scheduler to service manager. New protocol shares video link of technician (with name) inspecting and reviewing our vehicle. A great all around experience!

I took my 2022 CrossTrek in for its 45,000 service check up. I can't say enough positive things about the easy check in and check out experience as well as the friendliness of the service people and the overall pleasant atmosphere of the service and waiting areas . I would like to give a special shout out to Haddon, he was my service representative and he is so friendly, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. He had patience with me as I asked him several questions , he explained the services to me and sent pictures, he was able to break things down for me very well so I could understand the services that they performed on my car. Haddon definitely went above and beyond, he checked into the warrenty I had purchased and discovered it was still under warranty, yay!

Hard to reconcile this experience with their claim of “award-winning customer satisfaction for dealership service among mass-market brands.” I had a 7:30 a.m. appointment, which is one of the earliest time slots of the day, yet the service took almost 1 hour and 40 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. (previous visit, an oil change alone took 1 hour and 30 minutes.) While waiting, I received a service appointment text confirmation at 8:30 a.m., after already sitting there for an hour, which suggests my car may not have been taken in until then. With a scheduled early appointment, delays due to overlapping jobs or unexpected issues shouldn’t apply, yet that’s what this felt like. I believe this dealership is capable of providing a high level of service, but this experience fell short.

The service department really helped me out. My car battery died and they were able to get me in on short notice. Steven was great. He got my car back on the road in no time. Great job to all those who were there that day.

The passenger mirror on my 2016 Outback was loose. I thought it was due to a design flaw that was described in an on-line service bulletin, but the dealership discovered the mirror had simply popped out of place. They fixed it for no charge, which was much appreciated! They also did a thorough inspection of the entire car and recorded it on a video showing the underside, under the hood and all sides of the car. That was much better than simply getting a written report. Though the price of repairs can be higher at a dealership, I always have the feeling that Dick Hannah does a good job.

Had to have my engine rebuilt because of my own negligence. Olivia was great she helped look at all my options. She explained all issues to me. Sent me pictures and talked to the mechanic on my behalf. Her communication was excellent and made me feel that I was being taken care of without causing her any inconvenience. Highly recommend Dick Hanna and really appreciated Olivia. She should get employee of the year! My car is perfect now and the rebuild comes with a 3 year warranty. She also asked me to come in early for my next oil change so they can check out all the repairs they did to see if I have any issues. I really appreciated her attention to my vehicle and making sure I was prepared to do what was needed to ensure my repair was done properly!

While it can be a bit pricey, the quality of service is worth it for peace of mind and keeping my Subaru in great shape long term. The team is always helpful with my maintenance appointments, and they even provided a loaner car for my longer 30k mile service so I wasn’t stuck waiting all day. I accidentally left something in the loaner car, and Frank went above and beyond to track it down for me with no problem. I also watched him help an elderly woman understand her car services, and he was so patient and kind with her. Frank truly does a great job explaining everything clearly and always has a smile on his face. Thanks again for the excellent service!

Efficient entry and discussion, o mentioned my son was a tech at VW in Vancouver. The $10 discount was nice but my oil change was well over 100. Got suggestions for minor service issues and will have my son help me with those. Question: when shop rates increase, do techs see much of that? They do the work and if rates increase by 10 shouldn't the techs get a substantial raise? Say $3/4 bucks an hour.

Dick Hannah Subaru in Vancouver is amazing! The sales team was spectacular in getting us into our subie and the service team was phenomenal today with our first service through them! They helped us get into a loaner even though they had the car for less than 24 hours, they sent us updates throughout the process, and got our car back to us fast and in wonderful condition! I highly recommend!!

I worked with Christopher and he was very nice and explained everything well. I believe Tyler? Was my mechanic and did a very good walk thru video for me of all the issues with my car. The only real down fall I would say is the cost of the repairs is absolutely insane.

I had a really good experience at Subaru. I didn’t buy a car, but I sold mine to the dealership before purchasing a new Toyota. I had looked at different dealerships and ultimately started communicating with the buying center over email. I went in with the transparency I was looking to sell and had looked into other dealerships as well with the intention not to waste each other’s time, including a number based off of what I had found on Kelly Bluebook. I provided the basic details of my car and received straightforward answers. The process was quick, painless and transparent. I had also looked at selling back to Honda, but ultimately had a better experience with the buying center at Subaru. (Something I struggle with at dealerships is the pressure and pushiness of some of the car salesmen). Luckily, that was not my experience at this dealership. Would recommend - everyone was super kind too! Thank you!
