We brought in my husbands vehicle to MS Glass Outlet in Vancouver for a back window glass replacement, and during the service the shop badly scratched the vehicle, which was not present beforehand. There were also glass shards left in the bed of the truck that were never cleaned up. To their credit, they are paying for the repairs. That said, the situation has been very inconvenient. We now have to drive out of our way to Washougal three separate times to get the repair work completed. On top of that, he now has to take a day off during the work week to get the vehicle fixed, since the body shop they require us to use is not open on weekends. The extra time, travel, and lost work could have been avoided with more care during the original service. When I called and spoke with Marlena, the response I received was simply, “We’re human and we make mistakes.” While mistakes do happen, I was hoping for more understanding and effort to minimize the inconvenience caused.

This place is great!! Mill plain location has 10/10 service!! They were able to get me in the same day the car window was smashed out. They did the whole service in under an hour!! All the employees I interacted with were kind and knowledgeable! They even vacuumed and cleaned up the glass covered seat and floorboard, which they did not have to do! I truly appreciated the quickness and extremely fair pricing (was quoted the same price at safelite). I was hoping they did window tinting so I could give them some more business lol

Took my car here after a rock cracked my windshield. They were incredibly friendly, told us an hour and a half and were done in half that, and they did an amazing job. I would highly recommend M.S. Auto Glass. I was recommended to go there from an auto repair shop. I had a leak that looked like it was coming in from a window seal (that’s what the auto repair shop told me). I called and ordered a new window and seal. Once I got there, Stephen rediagnosed the issue as a leak coming from my brake light above the window. This saved me more than half of the estimate. It seems to be hard to trust some companies anymore as they look to find extra problems to add to the bill. M.S. Auto Glass did the opposite. They actually found the problem instead of hastly making money on something that was not actually the problem. I really appreciate a company like this and an employee like Stephen. I will definitely be a repeat customer with them. Thank you.

This place is amazing. They got my glass done within an hour or less. The installer, I believe his name was Fernando, was very professional and knowledgeable. He did such a great job and was very clean. Steven, the manager, was also very professional and very helpful. This shop is a true diamond in the rough. I have been getting my replacement windshields through MS glass and have had my relatives now get them through them. They have the best prices around and the glass is from high reputable companies. When I got my car in there they knew I was waiting for my car so they worked together to get me in and out so I wasnt waiting. I will always get my windshields through here. This place is THE place to go for your glass needs, I received a new windshield today for about a third less than their competitors, on top of that I was in and out in about 45 min. The staff are super helpful and easy to work with. I had rust around my windshield and they cleaned it up for me at no additional cost. These guys are the only way to go in my opinion. 10/10 (the windshield is not cracked in the photo, it’s a reflection of a power line)

Had car broken into Christmas morning while parked in the parking garage at the Residents Inn Marriott Downtown Portland. Filled out the online form Christmas evening and got a call back first thing the next morning from Gerrilynn. She was incredibly helpful and helped me figure out how to get my car put together before my trip home through snowy windy weather. Mike picked up my car from the parking garage that same morning and brought it back to the hotel within a couple hours. From the time I found out my window was smashed to having a car back together in a day was not something I had expected! I tried scheduling before with a competitor's mobile glass service and the competition couldn't get to me for another week or needed me the drive to their location a few days out. MS Glass came to me same day, took my car to their shop, and brought it back in an incredibly unbelievable short amount of time. I got to stay with my family and continue with my vacation without wasting time getting my car fixed. Great staff, quick service, highly recommend.
