Our car was towed to this dealership after it was located as a stolen vehicle. It was a mess and all the keys were lost. They cut and programmed two new keys and detailed the car inside an out. They also did an O-Zone air treatment ti the interior. Top notch work and thanks to Derrick Blue in service all work was completed on time.

They usually do a great job. However, over the past two years I have made a total of four trips to get my air conditioning fixed. They “finally” installed the right part and my air conditioning is now fixed. Without the free loan car I would be looking for someone else to service my vehicle.

Did my lifetime oil change and rotate my tires. Got 30 minutes away from appt and got a call tech who worked on my car forgot to put my tire unlocker back. Had to turn around and go back. I live an hour away. They did offer to drive it to me but I was doing errands so more convenient to me.

Detrik was kind, communicative and gave me all the info I needed. I have only had my car back a day, but what a great feeling! So far, it is driving great! I am very pleased with my choice to go to the dealer, especially for such a costly repair. They beat the time frame I was quoted and allowed me to use their loaner while I waited. The only thing that would have taken them a step above would have been to vacuumed my car. I understand they don't have a car wash (which I believe they need), however a simple vacuum would have felt like it was above and beyond.

Have used for service since purchasing my 2014 CX5 from Alan Webb. Experience has been good overall. During each visit they've provided me with useful information about the overall condition of my car and services they recommend. Zero pressure to do anything I don't want to and prices seem reasonably fair for the things I'm not comfortable doing myself. I purchased lube for life when I bought my car so the oil changes are free, but this also makes it convenient to get other services here when needed. Scheduling can sometimes be tricky because they're often booked out a couple weeks in advance. I have to anticipate when I'll be due for my next oil change and make sure I scheduled it about a month in advance. The team is very friendly and efficient.

Add an appointment for 9 AM cut my drop my car off and ask for a phone call so that I could pick it up before noon. Did not receive any phone called multiple times, put on hold, calls dropped and ultimately it was 3 hours before I got a return phone call. I was very frustrated. Eventually I was able to talk to the service manager who said they weren't finished with the car and didn't have any answers for me yet. Finally at 5 PM I called the dealership and told them to just have my car ready for me to pick up at 5:30. I still didn't know what was wrong/fix/needed. Within 2 to 3 minutes I got a call back from the service manager saying they couldn't find out why the display kept blacking out nor why the Is radar kept telling me it was disabled due to poor forward disability on clear days. People who work there are nice enough however they are shorthanded, they don't call back when they should, they don't answer the phone and it's very frustrating. When they do work, it is excellent. Hope they can get people hired so that customers aren't so frustrated with them.

Appreciate the Lyft service from the dealer to home and advisor was friendly but I stated that I needed to be back at the dealership by a set time in order to get to work on time. The service time needed was about 1hour, I left the car there for 2 hours. Had to arrange my own ride to pickup car at the last minute and simply got a text stating my car was done after I called to tell them I was on my way in and the car needed to be done when I get there

The staff are always friendly and the service is always completed quickly and efficiently. I only have two things I would like to mention: I was sad to learn that the vancouver location did not offer a free interior vacuum and car wash with an oil change, which is not a huge deal. I also noticed the furniture in the waiting area is badly torn which is not very appealing to customers and can lead to sanitary and cleanliness concerns. Otherwise, an overall pleasant experience and I will continue to schedule all of my vehicle maintenance needs at Mazda.

I received an email about a recall on the fuel pump O-rings. Scheduled to bring my vehicle in. Brought her in & they didn't have the O-rings for the fuel pump. So had to wait almost a week for dealer to get the part in. Also they said the labor booked for 3 hours. Dropped car off at 8, picked up car at 345-425. I liked the fact that they scheduled me in really quick the 1st & 2nd time.. overall service writer was quick on communication..

Detrik Blue at the front desk in service department was nice . Seemed a little inpatient with my requests and explanation of what all the services were entailing. Going in as a woman I always kind of expect to be scoffed at and it gave those type of vibes. I’m sorry I am not more knowledge in the car department but I would’ve really appreciated more of a breakdown of the services for the day. The ins and outs of everything. I will definitely return as it is the only Mazda dealership in my area.

Update 07/21/23: Mazda staff were very responsive with my issue. I value they took the time and effort to solve this problem. -- The services were completed in time. However, there's lack of attention from operators that work directly with cars. Later in the afternoon I opened the front cover and found out they forgot to put a cap in one of the containers. This finding made me really anxious about the work they performed, and I had to double check they tightened all wheels correctly, and basically had to inspect my car and double check their work. This was time consuming and extenuating for me. As we know dealerships are more expensive than other many options, but one is willing to pay their price expecting certain level of quality on the service, and I found this experience kind of disappointing. Customer service was very helpful once I let them know about my issue, and they will deliver a new cap for me, which I really appreciate. Nevertheless, their quality is more reactive rather than preventive, which I consider they should work on. Thank you.
