I’ve been going to Brake Zone for years, and these guys are hands down the most honest people in the game. Chris has helped me out more times than I can count and always goes above and beyond to make sure things are done right. This time I brought in my Tesla after an accident — other shops couldn’t handle the alignment, but Chris got it dialed in perfectly and even fixed a steering noise without turning it into some big repair. He doesn’t upsell or play games, just gives straight answers and solid work every time. It’s rare to find a shop that actually cares about their customers like they do.

Alert please read.Hi Clark county people: this morning Saturday November 29 at about 9:20 am I dropped off a truck at Brake Zone Total Car Care to get a alignment service front desk guy told me it would be done before the end of the day so that would be before 4 o’clock pm. At 2:15 pm I was driving west bound on 88 st when I saw my truck at a bikini barista coffee shop near 3 miles away from the repair shop at that point I didn’t know what to do other than park across the street to follow them around after almost ten minutes the technician that I think should be working on my truck drove back to their shop parked my truck and didn’t do anything else to it.at about 2:50 they called me to tell me that the truck needed some from end work done off course I told them no I went and picked up my truck and went home with a total waisted day and unfortunately service wasn’t done. But the good thing is that I will never would think about using them for future repairs knowing that they will use customer vehicles to do personal use of it shame on you Breake zone total car care. I had to give them a one star just so I can post my review 😪

My initial experience was frustrating due to delays and mistakes with the work. The job took about four days longer than promised, a starter was replaced without consulting us, some exhaust bolts were left out causing a leak, an oxygen sensor wasn’t plugged in, and the clutch line we brought wasn’t installed even though Z1 later confirmed it was correct. After posting my review, the owner, Mark, personally reached out. He was calm, professional, and genuinely cared about making things right. Mark listened, took responsibility, and refunded a significant amount of money — far more than expected. His integrity, patience, and commitment to customer service completely changed my opinion of this shop. Mistakes can happen, but the way Mark handled everything showed true character, and I’ll definitely be returning because of him.

Came in to have my oil changed and have my brakes checked and tires rotated. Top-notch crew, very professional and personable. All of the guys there are really friendly and honest. The dogs, what can I say about the dogs but they are absolutely adorable. I actually look forward to going to the shop when my car needs something done. Mark is a great guy with a great work ethic.
