We moved from GA to WA this past August and drove an Rv and my Forte 5 and in Nebraska it began to hail like I've never seen before. my car had 12k in damage and originally state farm said it was totaled and now it looks brand new. These are great people! From start to finish excellent service. I actually enjoyed myself when I was at the shop. I cannot commend the Staff enough. This is definitely a wonderful team of people at this location and Jerry I BElieve(I'm awful with names) kept me totally in the know and informed me regularly about status. Plus they worked with rental car company so I literally showed up and rental car picked me up and then dropped the rental at Abra. Exceptional service I will use again if ever I need to. Here's after pics but I have no before pics because I couldnt get angle to show the damage extent but they will vouch it was bad and car looks new Thanks guys

I chose Caliber Collision Mill Plain at the recommendation of a trusted friend and Caliber did an excellent professional job on my pickup. We are going through a difficult time now with the loss of a family member and Will Stacey went above and beyond to accommodate our situation. Will recognizes that it takes "teamwork" to do a job well and he rallied the techs to help us meet our timetable. Will is professional, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating to customers. He's awesome and humble! I hope I will never get hit by another car again but if I do, I'm taking my vehicle to Caliber as long as Will Stacey is there.

I would recommend this company/location to a family or friend. I got two of my passenger-side doors replaced after a hit-and-run. I was prepared for a long repair time as I understand the work that goes into this type of repair. Will Stacey was my service advisor and was upfront about the repair time as well as the possibility of my insurance totaling the vehicle. Will was personable and kept me in the loop as far as any updates or delays in progress, to the extent that I didn’t feel the need to check in on the progress of the repair constantly. My repair was only a few days behind schedule, and it wasn’t enough time to make it an inconvenience as I was kept in the loop about it. Especially since the quality of the body work and service provided was up to the standards and expectations you expect when receiving a service from a business. Will made sure that the repair was done right and left me with a car that looked very nice when complete.

I got stuck in the parking lot after not knowing how to drive adequately to participate in regular society. One of the gentlemen who worked there was polite and even made a joke about the situation. I wish all places were so kind to bad drivers who had no idea how to navigate the community in their car!

TLDR - Read their policies in full before agreeing to anything, especially their trash “online estimate tool”. Caliber is like the McDonalds of auto body repair… some locations may be ok, but generally it’s a garbage product from a cheap, corner-cutting, company. I’ve strongly disliked Caliber since another of their locations royally jacked up a repair and never fixed it to my satisfaction; my insurance company ended having to pay a “non-preferred” shop to fix the vehicle properly after Caliber failed to do so. That was the last time I used an insurance “preferred” body shop. It’s been a decade. My insurance is refusing to pay out the necessary funds to get the repairs done to my vehicle. So I’m trying to get an estimate from their “preferred” shop as they have instructed me. Tried to call caliber to set up an appt for an estimate. They won’t. They refer you to their website where they expect you to use some garbage online system. As with any online service, I always read the TOS and the Privacy Policy. After reading thru there completely invasive and very broad reaching policies, I refuse to use their online system. It’s completely ridiculous that you are going to sell my data to third party marketers and I can only opt out AFTER you have sold my info off. That’s ridiculous and demonstrates what an absolute trash company Caliber is. A guy at Caliber tried telling me that even if they did in-person estimates they’d still collect the same info. To which I asked, “and then sell it to 3rd party marketers?” To which he said, “yes”. That’s so ridiculous… so regardless; this company, before they even give you an estimate, wants all your personal info so they can enroll you in a bunch of garbage marketing scams from their 3rd party partners. Only after they’ve gathered your personal info and sold it off are they willing to give you an estimate? Maybe that’s how they can undercut reputable body shops and do repairs for 1/2 of what non-“preferred” body shops charge. By selling your personal information. Yah… no thanks.

You don’t look forward to getting your car repaired, but going to Caliber made a bad situation bearable or do I dare say pleasurable. Everyone from telephone, receptionist, estimator and service techs were first class, polite and efficient. Car repairs were done promptly and finished ahead of schedule.
