I was referred to Bavarian Auto Works by a trusted friend. Took in an older BMW and received prompt service. As my German friends say “The trains in Germany are never late”, and so to was the scheduling efficiency from Jason. I arrived exactly on time and got checked in. The customer before me a had a few last open issues on her car but within minutes’ my car was in for service. I waited and tried out the WiFi. All good. Before I completed a few hands of digital solitaire, my car was ready. I could see the service area through the window and watched the great care the technician took working on my car. Jason was back there often and was clearly running a tight ship. If you’re in SW Washington and hate driving over the bridge to be ignored by Portland BMW, this is the place to go for your BMW, Merc or Mini service needs. Very highly recommended!
