I went to try and get a oil change until I experienced the worst customer service ever! Not only our the employees very disrespectful and like to yell at customers but the management is just as worse . Do not take your businesses here they are a joke a very unprofessional.

Had my GMC Sierra Denali service done here and also my wifes Cadillac XT5. They forgot to reset the TMPS after the wheel rotation on my wife XT5 and it caused a little confusion, but no big deal. The customer service here is EXCELLENT (especially the young lady there that I cannot remember her name to save my own life), so she took care if the XT5 issue for my wife quickly. There's free popcorn in the waiting are here😁.

Kenneth Guttig and the technicians went above and beyond to repair my truck. Brought my Sierra in for a radiator replacement because another gmc dealership (Beaverton gmc) could not find a coolant leak, but I crawled under and found it myself and took it to Ken. He ordered parts before my appointment and got the vehicle done in a fast manner, even replaced my water pump because they saw it starting to seep. Would highly recommend. This is the best experience I have had with a GMC service department so far.

My experience with the service department has been utterly disappointing. Our GMC vehicle was recalled over a year ago due to airbag issues, and since then, my wife and I have contacted the department nearly ten times. On most occasions, calls have gone unanswered, and voicemails have never been returned. The first time I was able to speak with someone, I was informed that I would need to wait for parts to be manufactured, and that I would receive a follow-up letter when it was time to schedule the repair. Unfortunately, that letter never arrived. Six months later, when I called for an update, I was informed that the previous information was incorrect. As a result, I have been driving without airbags in a family vehicle for the entirety of this time. Subsequent communications revealed that a parts order had been requested, and I was assured that I would receive a call once the parts arrived to schedule the repair. However, once again, this never occurred. When I followed up three weeks later, I was told by another service advisor that no record of the airbag order existed. We are now approaching a year and a half of driving without airbags, which I find completely unacceptable. I am deeply concerned for the safety of my family, and I can not help but wonder how many others are being put at risk due to their negligent failure to keep customers safe. Avoid this service department for your own families safety!

We brought our vehicle in for something that needed to be replaced by the manufacturer. While our car was being serviced they found some additional recalls and addressed those issues as well! They were extremely thorough! Ken was over the top awesome! He was kind, efficient and gave us timely updates/expectations for our vehicle!
