I had my car in the shop at Gaynors Automotive today November 12, 2025 and again they were AWESOME. I had a headlight problem and they also found a leak in my radiator. They fixed both issues and were very helpful, professional, informative and very pleasant. Great customer service as well as mechanical service. I highly recommend them and won't go anywhere else. 👌 Julio at Gaynors Automotive is my hero and the staff. I had an issue that the dealership could not find anI was referred to go to Gaynors on Higheay 99 and they found the problem and fixed my car!! I will go there from now on, they are AWESOME 👌

My first visit with Gaynors. I can see why they have 5 stars and a loyal customer base. I went in for a coolant system check and not only did they do that, they explained some things about my particular engine and the characteristics of how it performs at certain temps. They gave me a thorough report and was happy to find out my car had a good check up. They did not try to sell me something I didn’t need. I can tell they are honest and care about their clients needs. I can’t say enough good things about Gaynors. When I need service again, they are the ones I am calling.

I have been taking my vehicles to Gaynors for many years and will continue to do so. They are exemplary with their customer service and they take very great care of my car. The employees are very good at talking with me and explaining what is needed/recommended for my car in a way that a 70 year old woman can understand. They will show me the filters and why they should be replaced. I will never go elsewhere.

This is the very first time I bring my truck to Gaynors Since I’m in the neighborhood and I’m highly satisfied with them. I expressed my concerns about the tires and they went ahead and ran a general diagnostic But I told them particularly my concerns about the tires. They called me when they had the results and they said there was a tire pressure sensor inside one of the tires and I remember last year they replaced them all at a different place and apparently they forgot to take that one out so that was causing problems. The prices sound reasonable to me and I think I will address the other issues from the diagnostic report they’ve mentioned. Thank you guys!

So happy I found this place! Came in for an oil change and my expectations were exceeded. So many places these days customer service is on the decline. That is not the case at Gaynor automotives. I was greeted as soon as I came in. Super comfortable and the customer waiting area. Very competitive pricing, no surprise or hidden fees. Once they were all done. Got charged 250 diagnostic fee to be told what I already knew and told the technician, then another 200 to have them install a spark plug and ignition coil on a cylinder that wasn't even blocked by the manifold or anything in the engine bay. Fleeced out of 450 dollars for 15 minutes of work. Even said I "decline the oil change" which is untrue so when I got it back even less work was done on my car than I thought.

I brought my 2016 4Runner to Gaynors on the recommendation of a friend. After a routine oil change at a Toyota dealership, we were recommended an URGENT repair of a timing gasket leak upwards of $6000. The Service Manager, Geoff, was great to work with and got us scheduled timely. Upon evaluation the technicians found the Oil Pressure Sender leaking badly. After a $300 repair, things are running smoothly, and Gaynors has earned a lifelong client! Thank you for a great experience!!
